Item #:

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP #'s temporal barrier is to be monitored by Foundation personnel at all times, Foundation personnel are to protect the main land upwards of 5 kilometers away from the effected site, Foundation personnel are to evacuate to evacuate the nearby town of ███████████ in the event of an on-site Creally Event - with the guise of an unsafe pollution spike in the area.

5 Mobile Task Forces are to be placed within a 30 kilometer range of the SCP - as a contigency force, in the event of a Foundation personnel or SCP #/1 failure to counter a Creally Event. Any non-Foundation personnel attempting to look into the SCP, should be taken into custody and given an amnestic. To ensure the SCP is undisturbed - Foundation Agents will be sent in to remove any trigger of the SCP from the residence of the interested party. SCP Personnel born after 19/08/1973 are to wear miniaturised SRA devices when approaching SCP # and are not allowed to remove the SRA whilst present on site.

In a Creally Event, MTF's and Foundation Personnel in all countries are to be notified, due to a possible Lifted Veil scenario caused by the existance of SCP #/4 and SCP #/4's migration patterns.

No technology constructed after 19/08/1973 is allowed within the SCP. If dissassembled and reassembled on site, the technology may still function, however, due to the anomalous effects of the facility, any technology crossing through the bounds of the facility constructed after this date will cease to function - this includes modern firearms and assault weaponry.

Foundation personnel entering SCP# are reminded to keep track of time - as numerous temporal anomalies are present within SCP# and SCP#/3.

SCP #/1 is not to be removed from site by any means - unless Plan 2 (see additional notes) is put into effect. In the event of a neutralisation event - SCP #/1A is to be detained immediately and be placed into Foundation custody for the remainder of his existence. SCP #/5 is to be placed into a Foundation engineering facility for immediate research. Anyone coming into contact with SCP #/5 is to be given an Amnestic - including higher personnel present on site.

Description: SCP # is a 1942 coal-fire powerplant located near ███████████████, Texas. The facility is contained within a spherical temporal anomaly roughly 10 kilometers in radius. Several seperate anomalies are present both within and underneath the main facility. The powerplant is not visible from outside the temporal anomaly, nor are the effects of the anomalies. Weather conditions at the plant are a constant 35 degrees Celcius, dry and sunny, there is no day-night cycle observable at the plant. It is always ██:██pm according to the anomalous properties of the facility and SCP #/4. Everything within the temporal sphere generated by SCP # can be interacted with, with everything within the plant being instantly reset during Creally-Class Events. The temporal field appears to disable every piece of technology not built before 19/08/1973, this does not seem to impact activated Scranton Reality Anchors, but is recorded to effect most modern technology - including anomalous technology tested by the foundation post discovery of this SCP. Technology, both anomalous and non-anomalous, returns to its former state after being removed from the SCP.

SCP #/1 are a collection of 245 remaining employees and undercover foundation agents working at the plant during the event that caused SCP #. SCP #/1 do not age, do not consume food or drink, they do not require sleep, and do not need to respire. Whilst present in SCP # they are immortal. They can interract with objects in SCP #, they can also speak to onsite Foundation Personnel and remember their entire containment within the SCP. SCP #/1 was likely prevented from becoming completely stasis by the presence of SCP #/5. SCP #/1 cannot leave the temporal anomaly without suffering multiple Aneurisms and rapid aging. SCP #/1 can still be injured - and can die permanently if killed by SCP #/4, killed by foundation personnel, or killed by each other.

SCP #/1a is a 52 year old caucasian male, 1.8 meters tall, weighing 86 kilograms. It goes by the name Richard Dawson - and is wanted by the foundation for several anomalous incidents during the 1960's, most notably the ██████████████ event, which caused the deaths of ████ civillians. It is believed to have collected numerous important anomalous items and stored them in multiple locations, so its survival of SCP # is imperative to the foundation.

SCP #/2 is the corpse of 41 year old caucasian male, 1.7 meters tall, weighing 64 kilograms. SCP #1 commonly refer to it as Jack Creally or 'Technician' Creally. It is the corpse of an inactive reality bender who was under surveillance by Foundation personnel prior to it's death. SCP #/2 appears to have caused SCP # and all of the other present dimensional/temporal anomalies within SCP #. SCP #/2 has not been currently located by the Foundation's Mobile Task Force Groups, due to the nature of SCP #/3.

SCP #/3 is a dimensional construct theorised to have been created by SCP #/2 at the moment of its death. Several MTF and D-Class expeditions have been initiated to determine the true size of SCP #/3, with little success… the furthest travelled by any MTF is around 4321 km. The anomalous construct consists of a predicted 30 floors - each with a different layout to the floor above. SCP #/3 appears as an abstract form of SCP #/2's prior work places - including office buildings, army barracks and high schools. There have been no sightings of stairs, or elevators to lower floors - the only known way to descend is to consume ████ ████████ ██████ and the only way to ascend to a higher floor is by consuming ████ ███████ ██████████████. SCP #/3 is watched over by SCP #/4, which poses numerous safety hazards to the Foundations Mobile Task Forces - as well as a significant security risk for the Foundation in the event of a Creally Class Event. Time also works differently across the different Layers of SCP #/3, with time being altered more severely the closer to the lower floors - and, theoretically, SCP #/2.

SCP #/4 are a collective consciousness organism, that anatomically resemble homo sapiens, but have no facial features SCP #/4 wears one of five suits - a buisinessman's suit, the combat uniform of a North Korean soldier, SCP #/2's technicians uniform, D-Class uniform, MTF gear. The clothing is recorded as mimicking the clothing of those killed by SCP #/2 when SCP #/2 was alive, or belonging to those killed by SCP #/4.
The SCP's faces replaced by a form of unique abstract art, which appears to have a memetic influence on those who observe it, however, photos, film, or seeing this artwork through a lense seems to prevent its memetic effects. SCP #/4 do not appear to experience aging and do not appear to mirror human manuerisms or psychology - and they appear to consist of an easily breakable, but strong material - being commonly referred to by SCP #/1 as 'Porcelains' due to their easily destroyable nature. SCP #/4 reproduce by a form of anomalous mitosis. The Foundation is thus far unclear on the origin of SCP #/4, but a notebook taken from SCP #/2's locker has drawings similar to SCP #/4 listed as 'Nightmares'. SCP #/4 communicate with each other by a form of encoded radio chatter, that can only be detected by Foundation Personnel on modified radios. MTF have experienced 18 occurences when SCP #/4 did not become hostile to their presence. MTF's have experienced 61 hostile encounters with SCP #/4.

SCP #/4 appear to have several anomalous properties, the most notable being a dimensional ability that allows them to open doors within anywhere in SCP #/3, to anywhere in SCP #/3, thus being able to transport over great distances in seconds to eliminate intruders. SCP #/4 has no observable strategy to how it kills - it swarms it's targets from every direction until they are overwhelmed. SCP #/4 can heal itself by reattaching broken pieces of itself back together, but can only do this successfully within the confines of SCP #/3. Any SCP #/4 target brought out of SPC #/3 remains broken if damaged. SCP #4 is observed to have a top speed of 52 Kilometers per hour. Coming into skin contact with SCP #4 causes the effected person to have a telepathic hallucination, in which they observe SCP #/2, this is then followed by an anomalous form of epileptic fit.

SCP #/5 is a piece of anomalous technology discovered by SCP #1/a. SCP #/5 is believed to have several counteractive reality effects, as well as supplying a great deal of power. Whilst difficult to estimate its origin, Foundation researchers have suggested that SCP #/5 is in fact a form of generator sheared off of SCP 2399 during it's collision with ██████████. Removing SCP #/5 from SCP # is seemingly impossible at the current time, due to it requiring a great deal of heavy machinery to move it, which is not allowed with SCP #. Researchers are also inconclusive about the results of moving SCP #/5 from SCP #.

Discovery: SCP # was discovered again during 16/09/1973 after Foundation Agents investigating SCP #/1a and SCP #/2 missed several mandatory check-ins with outside Foundation Researchers. The families of SCP #/1 had already been up to investigate the site after SCP #/1 had returned home. There had been five attempts to extract SCP #/1 by the civillians before the arrival of the Foundation, as well as several attempts of SCP #/1 to leave, but, due to the nature of the anomaly it lead to 15 deaths amongst SCP #/1. The civillians were amnesticized and the Foundation has since maintained a constant prescence in the town of ██████████ in order to prevent further knowledge of the SCP.
