Special Containment Procedures: Area-XXXX which is specifically created to contain SCP-XXXX is to located at Point Nemo as it is the farthest from any land mass in the ocean. SCP-XXXX is to be encased in a concrete shell 1mx2mx1m in size with walls at least 3m thick. The concrete shell is to be filled with water. and the water levell water is to monitered and refilled accordingly. A 0.5m layer of silicon carbide should be surrounding inside and outside the concrete shell. This should be suspended at least 10m away from any surfaces by 4 Nylon cables each 1 meter thick. None of the materials being used in SCP-XXXX's containment chamber is to be made from any form of metal. SCP-XXXX's containment chamber is to be monitored through surveillance cameras 24 hours a day and maintenance of SCP-XXXX's containment chamber is to carried out as needed. If any cracks or rusting appears on SCP-XXXX's containment shell, the hole chamber is to be flooded with water for at least 30 minutes and to be checked thoroughly after the water is drained. If a Containment Breech is to occur the whole Site should be flooded with water as a last ditch effort to inhibit the spread of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX re-contained first before the water is to be drained and what's left of the site should be inspected and repaired. If SCP-XXXX-1 somehow escapes containment, should be destroyed ASAP.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Polynesian wooden carving of a Tikki face. Although tests has shown that SCP-XXXX was at least ████ years old, it shows no form of degradation, rotting and is in perfect condition. If SCP-XXXX makes contact with any form of metal, whether it can rust like Iron, cannot
rust like gold or any material contains any form metal mixed in it like an alloy or impurities even to the atomic level will transform into a radioactive rust-like sludge, SCP-XXXX-1. This also includes living tissue that contain metal such as blood. SCP-XXXX-1 is also extremely resistant to heat able to withstand temperatures of up to █████°C. The Spread of SCP-XXXX-1 differs according to:
- How resistant the metal originally is to rust
- How much metal does the object contain
- How much of SCP-XXXX-1 the object contacted.
SCP-XXXX-1 will spread at approximately 5km/h to ██km/h and at the best case scenario that SCP-XXXX travels at its slowest speed of 10km/h if left unchecked for around 42 days SCP-XXXX-1 will make it's way to the inner core of the Earth and ultimately destroy the source of the Earth's Magnetic Field and leading to a XK-Class End of the world scenario.
