Special Containment procedures: SCP-4021 is to be isolated within a comfortably furnished Secure Humanoid Containment Cell, SCP-4021 cannot be transported without the authorization of three (3) personnel of level 4 or higher, is to be guarded by armed personnel of level 2 or lower at all times. Any requests must be approved by level 3 personnel. The polycontethane cloth she wears has a dual scape containment lock. must be cleaned once a week SCP-4021 must be sedated during cleaning. SCP-4021 is cooperative with researchers, although SCP-4021 experiences outbreaks of extreme rage when feeling threatened so any researchers to enter SCP-4021 containment cell must be escorted by at a minimum of 2 armed level 2 personnel who have to lock the door when they enter. Outbursts of any kind are to be met with caution and elevated force. If SCP-4021 has a outburst anyone in the room must vacate quickly locking the door behind them. When no one is left in the room SCP-4021 will calm down after 2 days 13 hours and 21 minutes.

Description: SCP-4021 is a humanoid female in her mid 20s about 1.7 meters in height wearing a black strip of cloth made from Polycontethane fabric to contain her abilities over her eyes. SCP-4021 has curly brown hair and a pale complexion. SCP-4021 wears a charcoal gray jumpsuit and a silver necklace imprinted with a raven taking flight. SCP-4021 has a very large criminal record she has been arrested multipule times but has escaped, her criminal record consists of 21 cases of breaking, 13 cases of aggravated assault, 45 recorded thefts possibly more, and 1 homicide. SCP-4021 has stated that her preferred language is English, but can speak a variety of languages including Spanish, German, French, Russian, and Chinese. Two researchers that were attacked by SCP-4021 when she breached containment shortly after she was contained described her eyes as smokey gray and had a paralyzing affect when she stared at the victim. The cloth she wears over her eyes disable her paralyzing stare. Is see-through.

SCP-4021 escaped containment on █/██/███ when there was a EMP caused power outage caused by SCP-███ the electronic lock on her cloth failed so she was able to pull off the cloth, the lock was then changed to a standard dual scape lock key lock. When provoked SCP-4021 will charge at the victim, When she breached containment SCP-4021 presses her thumbs in the victims eyes. Researchers that were attacked state that when SCP-4021 removed the cloth from her eyes and stared at the victim it had a paralyzing affect on the victim. When SCP-4021 presses her thumbs in the victims eyes they re-live the most physically and mentally painful moment in their lives and their skin starts to crystalyze into salt. Dr. LaBurqe one of the two researchers attacked states in his log section 2, paragraph 4.

"You aren't just reliving it in your mind, it feels real you can see everything unfolding as you were actually there, its a nightmare a nightmare that came back to life. Your skin feels like it is on fire it is most literally the salt in the wound."

Dr. LaBurqe was saved, and taken in for physical and physiological evaluation. Medical reports indicate that he will be taking a paid leave for medical purposes for 6 months because of the damage his body sustained. SCP-4021 attacks when it is feeling vulnerable, threatened, or harassed. SCP-4021 can act like a normal person even carry a normal conversation but several cases of abuse in her childhood and adult life has turned her into a dangerous thing, much like a caged animal. SCP-4021 abilities can hurt and even kill a person. A postmortem on SCP-4021 first homicide revealed that when her ability is used the victims skin crystallizes and after the victim has been exposed to SCP-4021 ability for more than 20 seconds it becomes fatal, the victims eyes burst and blood flows from every orifice in the body.
Addendum 4021.1: Discovery

SCP-4021 was discovered in Austin, TX USA. Local officials were investigating the homicide of Bennen
L██████ who was killed in his Austin apartment. Fingerprints on Laburqe's body and the salt crystallization on his skin were very abnormal which perked the Foundations attention. Bennen L██████ was known for abusing his girlfriend SCP-4021 formerly Sara Hican. SCP-4021 was abused as a child by her parnets who died from hard drinking and a car crash on █/██/███. Bennen abused SCP-4021 making old memories surface she had a outburst as mentioned in paragraph 1, line 7. SCP-4021 then used her ability on Bennen and murdered him, postmortem shows brain hemorrhaging happened after he started crying blood. SCP-4021 fled from the crime scene and hid in a alley way where she was captured by the Mobile Task Force Xi-5.

The following interview was conducted by Doctor Nikolai Moser 3 weeks after SCP-4021 containment investigation.

Interviewer: Dr. Nikolai Moser, Site-78

Dr. Moser: Good afternoon, do you know why you are here today?

SCP-4021:Yes, they told me it was for an interview.

Dr. Moser:Great! Ok now would you mind answering a few questions?

SCP-4021:Umm..sure.

Dr. Moser: About that cloth over your eyes… how far do they limit your vision? How good can you see with them?

SCP-4021: i can see fairly well, they do make my vision a little blurry though.. (clears throat) Can I have a glass of water before I continue?

Dr. Moser: Of course one second please. (Aside) Excuse me Mr. Ramone can you get her water… Thank you.

SCP-4021: Thank you. (sips water) Ok so where were we… oh yes my eyes, I actually have 20/20 vision. The cloth is partially see-through so that inhibits my vision i make up for this inhibition because I can sense things that are around me.

Dr. Moser: Ok then I wanted to ask you about the night of █/██/███
can you help me understand what happened that night, our logs and agents tell us one side of the story, your side, the one that is hidden away from people is a completely different story and I would like to hear it.

SCP-4021:O-ok. What happened that night was complicated, where should I start Doctor?

Dr. Moser: Start at the beginning please.

SCP-4021: (fidgets with necklace)Fine. Bennen and I ate dinner that night at this bar-b-q place, so we ate and talked for a while and we went to his apartment because we had recently moved in together. I got a phone call it was about… I-I can't remember, so I told Bennen what it was about, h-he just went off on me
sure sometimes he'd get angry and yell at me (pauses and looks around nervously)but this time he starte- he started to hit me. And well… you know the rest.

Dr. Moser: Why did you kill him though? Why!? What purpose is there to take a mans life!? You could've called the police. But you didn't. Why?!

SCP-4021:(starts crying) I don- I don't know!! Stop asking me th-these questions! I don't want to hurt anyone! (drops water and it spills on the floor) Dont make me hurt you!

Interviewer's Note: SCP-4021 can be friendly, polite, but shy at times, but she can have these outbursts that can hurt or kill someone as seen in my interview. It is best to avoid sensitive topics or else she will quite literary be salty. this will help me in my next interview with SCP-4021. On a different note we learned quite a lot about her, though she did get my shoes wet with that cup she dropped, now my socks are soggy. However SCP-4021 is a very strange person, and the abilities she manifests are strange as well.
