Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4068 is allowed to freely roam the facility should it desire to, but otherwise must stay in its containment cell. Subject is not allowed out of its containment cell during a lock down or off facility grounds at any time. SCP-4068 has no need for food, but must be "fed" one liter of blood a day. if this diet is not respected, the entity will fall in a brain dead state from which it will only wake up after being given its food. All personnel are allowed inside SCP-4068’s holding area, but only if they are not assigned to other tasks at the time, or if they are on break. subject is allowed to speak to its guards and other facility personnel but must be locked away in its containment cell if in a bad mood.
Description: SCP-4068 is a young girls of age 5 and a height of 107.9 cm. the only thing that differentiates her from a human is her crimson colored hair and eyes. It is capable of pulling out a blood like substance from any cut in its body and shaping it however it feels. the specimen was found at the front door of site-19 saying it was searching its mother. not much else is known about this scp since it has only been in Foundation property since [DATA EXPUNGED].
Addendum 4068-1:SCP-4068 was discovered knocking on the door of site-19 asking if it could come in to search for its mother.
