Special Containment Procedures: When SCP-4461 is located D-Class is to walk out and kill an animal in the area of SCP-4461. When SCP-4461 stops moving and releases a group of SCP-4461-1 a group of MTF is to be dispatched to SCP-4461’s location and encase it in a steel box 28 ft tall and 8 x 8 feet in width. SCP-4461 is to be relocated to a facility. Inside the box are 4 liquid nitrogen dispensers, this is to prevent the anomaly from reaching containment.
Any remaining instances of SCP-4461-1 should be terminated after containment of SCP-4461.
Description:
SCP-4461 is a 25.8 ft tall humanoid creature with timber instead of skin.
SCP-4461 tends to roam mountain areas or large woodlands. It attempts to blend in with the trees on mountains and in forests, why it does this is unknown. SCP-4461 begins to decompose into the ground whenever it wants to move large distances, this causes large tremors around the area it is decomposing in and wherever it begins to recompose, so far this is only possible when above dirt.
SCP-4461 gets extremely agitated when any plant or animal life is harmed, this has caused many fatalities due to hunting and landscaping. When agitated SCP-4461 stops moving and pieces of timber start falling off of its body and these pieces of timber begin to grow legs similar to centipedes and mouths similar to spiders, these will be referred to as instances of SCP-4461-1. Instances SCP-4461-1 begin to move at accelerated speeds of up to 500 mph while chasing any human that has harmed plant or animal life within its range of 2 miles, they then proceed to dismember the person and eat the remaining parts. After the person is eaten instances of SCP-4461-1 return to SCP-4461 and if any die SCP-4461 regrows the timber.
SCP-4461 can speak and often complies with staff members, although it never speaks to any class-D personal.

Dr. ███: Do you recall Incident #4461-A?
MTF Commander ██████:
Dr. ███: Do you remember every detail?
MTF Commander ██████: Yes.
Dr. ███: Please explain them.
MTF Commander ██████: Well, we got a call saying that there was a giant in the woods, none of us knew what to expect so we ignored it.
Dr. ███: And thats what you said was and I quote "The worst mistake of my fucking life" correct?
MTF Commander ██████: Yes.
Dr. ███: And why is that?
MTF Commander ██████: Because [Interviewed now pauses] Because I caused the death of 15 hikers.
Dr. ███: How did you cause the deaths?
MTF Commander ██████: I IGNORED THE CALL!
Dr. ███: Commander, do I need to remind you to be calm?
MTF Commander ██████: No, no sorry. I ignored the call and if I hadn't they all would have lived.
Dr. ███: Well you did react when the calls kept coming right?
MTF Commander ██████: Yes I did, I had my group of MTF units move out to the forest and await instructions.
Dr. ███: And then what happened.
MTF Commander ██████: That's when everything went to hell.
Dr. ███: Please describe what happened.
MTF Commander ██████: We all started marching through the forest and we found a dead body. We didn't know what had happened to it, it was mangled and dismembered, no one could identify the body.
Dr. ███: And then what happened?
MTF Commander ██████: Well then my squad began searching for any anomalies, and that's when we found the corpse of an SCP-4461-1. It had a knife in it's eye and a lot of cut marks all over the body. And then an animal jumped out at us, it was shot instantly but then [Interviewed now pauses] then the tremors started.
Dr. ███: Tremors? What tremors?
MTF Commander ██████: The tremors, they started and some huge tree thing started walking towards us and then it just stopped.
Dr. ███: It just stopped?
MTF Commander ██████: Yeah it just stopped, but suddenly these things they started falling off of it's body and attacking us.
Dr. ███: Yes the mission thesis states that all were torn apart aside from you, I am told you ran.
MTF Commander ██████: Yes.
Dr. ███: Now why was that?
MTF Commander ██████: I [Interviewed pauses] I don't know.
Dr. ███: Well if I have this correct you abandoned your squad due to fear?
MTF Commander ██████: Yes.
Dr. ███: Well I believe you are to be stripped from your rank and amnesticized, good day.
MTF Commander ██████: WHAT NO [Interviewed now stands up] NO THIS IS NOT MY FAULT.
Dr. ███: Guards sedate him.

Addendum: The commander then attempted to attack the doctor but was quickly terminated by a guard in the room.
