Description : The Record-keeping And Information Security Administration (R.A.I.S.A) is a group of Agents who have previously worked in another department in Site-42 and who have been messaged by the Director of RAISA inviting them to join OR attempted themselves to join it.
The RAISA department purpose is to secure informations such as protected joint codes, Mobile Task Force guidelines and callsigns, secret maps of restricted area within the Site, or any informations gained during meetings or restricted to it's own department. The RAISA goal is to make sure that the informations that are restricted to specific personnel (which depends of the department or information in question) are NOT being leaked to any other personnel that is not meant/autorized to view or gain the information in question.
The RAISA Agents have specific records on EVERY signed up facility members as well as informations about them. Even when not directly in uniform and on-site, they are watching and making sure classified informations are protected.
Protocols and procedures : The agents of the RAISA are to come on-site to oversee specific informations, watch on currently on-site member of the S.C.P Foundation Site-42, and eventually enforce the On-Site rules and regulations, even if this is not their main duty. Whenever a facility member come to breach an information, the RAISA agent will meet them in privacy, generally trough unused offices of the facility, the control room or directly at the subject's home. The way RAISA agents talk or act with the information breacher is strictly classified to the department itself and O5+ personnel.

The RAISA agents identity is classified to the department itself and O5+ personnel. They are publically called "SecurityAgentX", the X representing a number.
