Special Containment Procedures: SCP- XXXX is to be kept in a soundproof cell of approximately 3x2 (three by two) meters. All staff assigned to SCP- XXXX must be rotated once effects of memory manipulation begin. Any research involving SCP- XXXX must be conducted by staff which have a resistance to memetic hazard. Although staff might not come in to direct contact with SCP- XXXX, it's memetic effects are not dependent on such an event. SCP- XXXX does not consume food due to the fact that it is constantly wailing and cannot close its mouth, no nourishment is to be provided to it because it simply does not require any.

Description SCP- XXXX is a woman, age 37, who is former foundation staff. The entity, when exposed to appropriate conditions will still answer to the name Dr. ██████, however the use of this name is prohibited, due to its possible acceleration of SCP- XXXX's memetic effects. Usually SCP- XXXX is screaming, as if it we're in constant pain, despite multiple brain scans proving this is not the case. SCP- XXXX has the power to manipulate the people in the area around its enclosure into developing a personal attachment to the entity even if the subject has not engaged in substantial conversation or communication of any kind with SCP- XXXX. Only staff which have developed immunity to these sorts of memetic hazards will not experience the creation of an artificial attachment.
