SCP-XXXX
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept on a table in a small room with a chair right next to the desk. Higher class personnel are to watch any subjects in the containment chamber through one of the five cameras in the room. Higher class personnel are instructed to only use the pen once or twice before instructing D-Class personnel to continue testing. When using a D-Class to test SCP-XXXX a guard must be present at all times, and watching strictly over the writing on SCP-XXXX-2 with SCP-XXXX-1. Unless specifically ordered otherwise, the D-Class personnel are to write nothing other than what is told word for word by the researcher. Due to recent events, testing is no longer required.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the designation given to two anomalous objects. SCP-XXXX-1 is a black fountain pen, while SCP-XXXX-2 is withered and old parchment. If one begins to write with SCP-XXXX-1 normally, nothing will happen, but if one makes a request with SCP-XXXX-1 on SCP-XXXX-2, then they will blackout, and awake with the task completed. The tasks are completed to the letter unless they are stopped in any way, so higher level personnel are ordered to proceed with caution when requesting/making a D-Class request a task. Due to event XXXX-9, a guard must be stationed in the room, and if any personnel write down anything that may harm the foundation the guard is ordered to terminate the person who is writing at once.

SCP-XXX came to The Foundation's attention when an old man at [REDACTED],[REDACTED] began to use SCP-XXXX to attack people in his neighborhood. He would carry out the attacks with perfection, leaving no witnesses. Neighbors called the local police when they got suspicious of a smell coming from his house. Police stormed his house and along with many dead bodies, they found SCP-XXXX. It was then brought to Foundation Site-██.
