Object Class: Safe.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained at Site-24.
SCP-XXXX should be sealed in a small safe made of steel in a small room.
The SCP must left in there at all times.

Any personnel who touch SCP-XXXX are to be taken to a medical station and if requested, an implant to be put in their head to research the "dream".

Description: SCP-XXXX is a small 13cm tall, 4cm wide model of what seems to be a deformed human with a long claw on his right hand instead of a index finger.

SCP-XXXX is passive and inanimate when not exposed to light, however, when exposed to light, SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects will manifest.
These are the affects recorded by testers.

  • Weak lights such as a lighter: The SCP will scratch anything near it.
  • Medium light such as a normal light: The SCP will begin moving and slowly cause the nearest person to repeatedly talk gibberish, this effect can be removed by turning the light off.
  • Strong lights such as the sun: The SCP will move and sting the nearest person with the claw, the person will fall down in a coma-like state.

The duration of the coma varies from 3-5 weeks, where the subject, now known as SCP-XXXX-1 will sleep with a happy look on their face for 1 week, then have a worried face for the rest of the coma.

According to surviving subjects, they would then be given a knife from an important person in SCP-XXXX-1's life, who will then disappear and reveal SCP-XXXX-2, a living version of SCP-XXXX.

If they are caught, the subject will vomit out a strange liquid similar to ink, and die.
