Special Containment Procedures:
The foundation is to maintain a standing [group] consisting of various personal with a wide range of physical and intellectual capabilities, as well as at least thirty D-Class personal with basic military training. The specialized team of individuals should consist of the following: two individuals with an Elo chess rating of at least 2400, two military force capable of no less than [] at all times, should SCP- initiate a [] event. In the case of a [] event,

Involuntary containment of SCP- is currently impossible. SCP-'s containment method focuses primarily on maintaining an emotional state in which the specimen will uphold its own containment; however, where the specimen chooses to contain itself will vary based on the specimen's preference at the time. Should SCP-'s emotional state drop below the accepted range, SCP- will alert the foundation of this either personally, or through established means of long range communication as to prevent containment or security breaches upon SCP-'s appearance. Any member of foundation faculty visited by SCP- is to alert their most immediate supervisor of the incident before being administered class A amnestics and returning to their normal duties. Upon receiving word of SCP-'s appearance, the altered supervisor is to declare a _ event, and procedure _ will be called into action.

Bringing SCP- back into an emotional state acceptable for containment is achieved through "entertainment" of the specimen, the methods of which are decided by SCP-'s request. Previous examples of entertainment requests by SCP- include one-to-one combat, gladiatorial sparring, high risk gambling, popular board games of human origin, board games of currently unknown origin, board games created by SCP-, board games with rules yet to be understood by the foundation, various sporting competitions, and organized attempts to kill SCP- with use of small Foundation militias.

Basic idea for SCP: [An immortal being with immense strength, speed, and agility, and reality bending capabilities. Has the ability to destroy all life on Earth, but does not do anything to greatly disrupt society because he views the outcome of human existence as insignificant and has no reason to end it. Has lived through the birth and death of the universe billions of times over and is extremely bored with existence, as he has observed nearly every unique possibility or circumstance that the universe has to offer. Lives a life of complete and utter boredom with the universe and makes decisions solely based on whether or not he thinks they will be entertaining ("entertaining" usually just means either mildly amusing, or anything unique outcome that he has not seen yet). He is only able to be contained by the foundation because he relies on human randomness to create potential for new experiences. Contained by a "deal" with the foundation, where he doesn't destroy society for his own entertainment if they provide competitions or games with the potential to create a new experience. His end of the deal is upheld by the fact that the universe is extremely boring without life and he would have to wait trillions upon trillions of years for the universe to die and reform in order to be among life once again.]
