Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a room divided into two sections by a wall that has an electric door in between it with no handles, section 1 and section 2. Section 1 contains SCP-XXXX-1, and section 2 contains a randomly chosen D-class personnel. The divided room is specifically designed so the nearest possible person to SCP-XXXX-1 is the D-class in the other section of the room. SCP-XXXX-1 must always be supplied with at two empty notebooks that contain at least three hundred pages, food, water, pencils of all colour, and a drawing book every week. If SCP-XXXX-1 was finished with only one notebook, give only one, and if he is finished with none of the notebooks, he is not to be given any notebooks, as it would likely just fill the whole room with empty notebooks after weeks of supplies. SCP-XXXX-1 is not to be disturbed when it is writing, as it would lead to the breach of more SCP-XXXX-21. The file below will give all needed information on SCP-XXXX-2 and what to do if there are any encounters of it.

If SCP-XXXX-1 were to expire3, the body of the expired host is to be first disposed of, and after that the D-class in the other section of the room, now the new host of SCP-XXXX is to be moved to section 1 by opening the electric door of the wall separating both sections, as the SCP-XXXX-1 complies to staying there without being ordered. Another D-class personnel is to be moved into section 24.

Anything that has to do with SCP-XXXX that is not a part of Doctor Marson’s containment procedures must be discussed with Doctor Marson.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a mind controlling entity that invades the nearest human after its previous host has expired/terminated, be it thirst, hunger, accident, murder and suicide. SCP-XXXX takes control immediately after it has entered the new host.

Once SCP-XXXX has control over the host, the controlled person would become SCP-XXXX-1, and its personality will then change to the first host of SCP-XXXX during its discovery, Phillip Steiner, after the ████ ██ ████ [REDACTED]5.

When SCP-XXXX-1 is writing, no one is to disturb it after the incident on ██ ███ 2018 during an interview. At the beginning of the interview SCP-XXXX-1 was normal and complied to the questions given to it but after a three minutes and 15 seconds it had a change in attitude, grabbed the nearest book and pencil and started to write. The interviewer who was puzzled to why SCP-XXXX-1 would think it the best time to write kept on asking the next question. SCP-XXXX-1 then turned the interviewer into SCP-XXXX-2. After this incident Doctor Marson had to change the containment procedures.

Doctor Mason is studying the writing of SCP-XXXX-1 and should soon report back about his findings.

Addendum XXXX.1: Discovery

SCP-XXXX was discovered after the events of the ████ ██ ████ [REDACTED] █████ ██ ███ █████, as the first known host being Phillip Steiner. Phillip brought itself in, as it tried to prove itself an anomaly by terminating itself with a gun right next to the interviewer, Jason Milson. The next interview with SCP-XXXX-1 was with Doctor Marson, where Phillip explains more about its irregularities. There are no recordings of the first interview.

Interviewed: SCP-XXXX-1

Interviewer: Lets start. During the first interview with you the Foundation has taken notice how you, Jason-

Interviewed: Not Jason anymore, its Phillip. Really buddy I would think you would remember your best friends name.

Interviewer: Sorry about that. It’s just hard to tell when you are fucking Jason. Seriously, you shot yourself to prove a point! What type of a fucking move was that? Do you have any idea how worried you made me feel? At that point I was beginning to hope you were a fucking mind controlling entity!

Interviewed: Ok, slow down. This is getting personal now, try to be a professional like all you scientists are. I was kind of hoping they wouldn’t send you since you use more of your feelings than your brains.

Interviewer: I…No, no your right. Let’s get to the first question. When did you take notice of the change?

Interviewed: Right after the Foundation ████ ██ ███ ████. I started hearing the voices in my head, but I just thought it was some sort of PTSD after what I saw. Then I got visions, and the voices just got worse. Mind you it wasn’t multiple voices, it was a single person type of voice in my head, yet it was commanding and persuasive.

Interviewer: What made you bring yourself in?

Interviewed: The single voice. He…well I think it’s a he, wanted to be taken by the foundation. It said he would learn what he wanted most here. I don’t really know what it meant, either SCP, or just something other and far worse. Hell, it persuaded me to kill myself in front of Jason for “proof”!

Interviewer: And you fucking obeyed it?

Interviewed: You have no idea what it’s like listening to that voice. When he spoke, it felt like my life had a new meaning.

Interviewer: That makes no sense. Well, how would we know this thing won’t just go on a ███████ ████ ████ ████████ ██ ████ ██?

Interviewed: After it…came to me, it was sort of weaker than before. It said it had a new purpose. Don’t ask me what the purpose is, I don’t know.

Interviewer: What happened to Jason, and do you now know everything he knows?

Interviewed: He’s looking through my eyes now. He still exists but can’t really do anything. It might sound awful, but he isn’t really complaining. Thought he isn’t really thinking anything. Also, yes, I now do know everything he knows. I didn’t really expect that, but it’s a nice surprise.

Interviewer: Can it still make more of…itself. We haven’t really come up with a name for them yet, but that was what you were trying to push back at the event.

Interviewed: Those things? I don’t really know. I have no idea how to make them. It might have lost that ability when it entered my body.

Interviewer: Will you miss your family when you are taken into containment?

Interviewed: I don’t believe that’s an actual-

Interviewer: Just answer it.

Interviewed: I would be lying if I said I wouldn’t. Honestly though, with this thing in my head, I feel like they would be a lot safer if I was away from them. Just tell them I died because of an accident. I don’t care about details, but I believe it would be best if I was just dead to them.

Interviewer: That’s cold.

Interviewed: Shut up, I believe it’s a noble sacrifice.

Interviewer: Well, that’s all for now. I’ll see what I can do. Enjoy your new life as a SCP.
