Special Containment Procedures: The specimen is secured within a concrete cell, of eight feet by eight feet in dimension. The cell has a single window of reinforced glass.
Failsafes in the specimen’s cell include a ventilation system which can administer a powerful incapacitating agent upon activation, and a mechanism which will deploy an electrical current of 2,200 volts through the cell door, should the specimen attempt to escape, or otherwise display physically aggressive behaviour.
Description: SCP-XXXX vaguely resembles a typical human female, between late adolescence and early young adulthood in regards to its general physical appearance. However the specimen boasts abnormal features, such as warped skin, with hemangiomas tumours blotting its flesh, and what appears to be patches of a vitiligo-like condition. Additionally, further physical examination of SCP-XXX revealed the presence of extensive contusions and scarring across its body.
Doctor Helm speculates that these superficial irregularities are a byproduct of the genetic tampering which the specimen has undergone.
However, it's truly anomalous traits can be observed through further monitoring of SCP-XXX’s nature and behaviour.
Prior to containment, the specimen sustained itself almost exclusively on a diet of human flesh and organs, which have been substituted for more conventional foodstuffs since the subject was restrained, much to its indignation. It is likely that SCP-XXX’s abnormal strength and stamina are in some way dependent on the continued consumption of human tissue, as the subject seems to be gradually declining in vitality over the course of its containment, and is displaying fewer instances of anomalous capabilities.
The specimen demonstrates physical prowess which exceeds that of regular human, as well as increased resistance to conventional weaponry. These traits, combined with SCP-XXX’s aggressive nature, warrant the utmost vigilance throughout the containment process.
Further examination of the specimen suggests that chemical and genetic alterations have been implemented to bolster SCP-XXX’s effectiveness in combat scenarios. Throughout the mission to apprehend the subject, SCP-XXX was observed to posses a hightened level of endurance, as well as the ability to both retract and elongate its finger nails, utilising them as claw-like weapons.
In light of the specimen’s abnormal capabilities, what is perhaps most concerning is SCP-XXX’s disturbing ideology, and outlook on humanity. The specimen appears to exhibit extremely fanatical views, in regards to subjects such as eugenics, and the manner in which society is structured. SCP-XXX appears to have been indoctrinated to regard all but the most physically and mentally capable humans as “inferior”, and possess an extremely Darwinian mindset. It seems that any sadistic and sociopathic tendencies which the specimen displayed have been nurtured and encouraged, to the extent that it prides itself on traits which our society would consider to be abhorrent.
SCCP-XXX was brought to the attention of the Foundation after surfacing through the Sturmartz Fissure, on [REDACTED], but managed to evade capture. The specimen later re-emerged in the vicinity of Chesapeake, Virginia, where successful containment was accomplished.
Doctor Helm’s inquiry revealed that SCP-XXX seems to be from a dimension similar to our own, but also notably divergent. The specimen referred to an “Institution”, which appears to be an otherworldly equivalent of the Foundation, and something called the “Blood-Corps”, which is theorized to be some sort of militia. Doctor Helm hypotheses that SCP-XXX is this parallel worlds form of a D Class personnel
