Following test XXXX-106 SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell exactly 5 m x 5 m x 5 m chamber lined with Potassium he is to be guarded by no less than 12 guards with level 3 security clearance at one time. Access to SCP-XXXX is to be given to Level 4 personnel only in the event of productive cross testing with other anomalies. SCP-XXXX is to be neutralised as soon as possible due to the immense threat he poses to the foundation and the world at large if he were to escape containment.
REVISION XXXX/4
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m chamber containment cell lined with Caesium. The entity is to be guarded by no less than 4 guards with level 3 security clearance at one time. The cell belonging to SCP-XXXX is to be checked on a bi-weekly basis and the anomalies hands are to be recovered in molten titanium while these checks are going underway. Any other form of access to SCP-XXXX is to be postponed indefinitely until a reliable method of termination can be discovered or approved by a majority vote by O5 command.
In the unlikely event of escape SCP-XXXX is to be recontained by ATF-Arcadia-1 (Evil Eye). Guards stationed at SCP-XXXX’s cell are to be swapped every 16 days and put under psychological examination before being transferred to a new post. If any personnel regardless of rank show sympathy to the anomaly they are too be given Class-F amnestics and demoted to d-class personnel.
Description:
SCP-XXXX usually takes the form of a Caucasian humanoid male of approximately 3.5 meters in height and 35 years of age with black hair and a single hazel eye. Usually wearing a black three (3) piece suit with a black tie, shirt, trousers and highly polished shoes. He also wears a patch over his left eye which was apparently cut out in unknown circumstances. However he has been seen transmuting this clothing and physical features to suit his surroundings and occasionally his mood.
He appears friendly and polite too foundation staff but has been seen as egotistical by many of the researchers assigned to him. He appears to have a clear sense of justice, but in spite of that has been shown to manipulate personnel and anomalies for his own ends during tests, likening them to guinea pigs on multiple occasions.
SCP-XXXX’s primary anomalous effect manifests in the ability to manipulate the energy of other anomalies. The extent of this ability is unknown, but he has shown to very proficient in this manipulation. This ability however is limited by time and effects have been shown to wear off after a certain time period, he also appears to be limited to the manipulation of one anomaly at a time as long as his power is at low levels. Other effects of this anomaly include enhanced physical attributes, transmutation of personal objects as well as the generation and manipulation of a vicious black degenerative liquid carried by hundreds of tiny black spiders.
Discovery Log:
SCP-XXXX was discovered in Manhattan Mall by two field agents who were patrolling that area, according to their reports the entity spontaneously manifested in the middle of the mall, the entity quickly left the area before being cornered and willingly brought to Site 17 for questioning by the agents.

Recorded transcript of Interview XXXX-a
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Head Researcher Clark
Foreword: Initial interview upon acquisition of the anomaly.
<Begin Log>
Head Researcher Clark: Hello?
SCP-XXXX: Greetings.
Head Researcher Clark: Can you tell us why you appeared in Manhattan Mall?
SCP-XXXX: I have no idea, one moment I was smouldering, almost dead through space, and the next I was stumbling around your uh, mall?
Head Researcher Clark: Why were you dying?
SCP-XXXX: Nasty turn of events, sucked into the gravitational pull of a star about to go supernova and all that.
Head Researcher Clark: So you are from space?
SCP-XXXX: Probably although looking at this planets energy signature, I would hazard a guess at a different reality
Head Researcher Clark: Alright. Do you have any idea what brought you to this reality?
SCP-XXXX: Probably the massive buildup of energy in the area from the star and myself as well as the abundance of antimatter nearby.
Head Researcher Clark: Where do you come from?
SCP-XXXX: Its been so long, I can hardly remember, but I can faintly remember a planet different from your own, covered in trees.
Head Researcher Clark: It has been a long time between when you disappeared and reappeared in this mall?
SCP-XXXX: That is likely, those kind of wormholes travel through multiple realities over hundreds of years and my memory is not what it used to be.
Head Researcher Clark: Alright. Do you have any idea about why you were brought to this reality in particular?
SCP-XXXX: No idea.
Head Researcher Clark: Ok. Do you have any… abilities that may have caused you to be sent here?
SCP-XXXX: Define abilities.
Head Researcher Clark: Anything that may not be considered normal.
SCP-XXXX: Well I suppose, although I doubt my particular skillset would transport me here.
Head Researcher Clark: What are these powers?
SCP-XXXX: I can view and manipulate the fundamental energy of things which are anomalous in nature or composition.
Head Researcher Clark: Ah I see. Are you aware of where you are?
SCP-XXXX: I am in what looks like a secret facility, on a planet belonging to a species of humanoids.
Head Researcher Clark: Indeed. Do you know what we do in this facility?
SCP-XXXX: I presume it would be to hide the existence of entities or objects such as myself from the general public so as to prevent a great civil unrest.
Head Researcher Clark: Exactly, you say you can manipulate anomalous energy? Could you do that to our anomalies?
SCP-XXXX: Potentially, although I would require some compensation.
Head Researcher Clark: I shall consult with my colleagues. Thank you for your cooperation.

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX has been given Thaumiel classification and moved to Site-XXXX-a which was constructed for purposes of his containment and testing. -Dr Clark
Test XXXX-1a
Researcher: Dr Evan Miller
Item: SCP-105Test Summary: SCP-XXXX is introduced into SCP-105's chamber and went over to her, sitting down beside her, they proceeded to have a long conversation about photography which SCP-XXXX is surprisingly knowledgeable about.
Post Test Record: SCP-XXXX remarked that he did not know why the foundation cross tested them as she posed 'no immediate threat' and that her aura was very similar from a regular human.
Analysis: It appears that SCP-XXXX is more knowledgable about human life than we first thought we will have to test him with more humanoids soon. - Researcher Miller
Test XXXX-1b
Researcher: Dr Evan Miller
Item: SCP-529Test Summary: SCP-XXXX is introduced into SCP-529's chamber, SCP XXXX raises one hand in SCP-529's direction and inhales sharply, he then requested to leave the room which was approved.
Post Test Record: SCP-XXXX refused to talk about his encounter with SCP-529 saying that 'it's better if you don't know' when questioned.
Analysis: I wonder what he saw in 529 which scared him so much. We should research more into that thing. - Researcher Miller
Test XXXX-1c
Researcher: Dr Evan Miller
Item: SCP-143Test Summary: SCP-XXXX is introduced into SCP-143's chamber, SCP XXXX moved towards an instance of SCP-143 and touches one of its leaves, at this point minor gamma radiation was detected inside the chamber, which dissipated almost at once, SCP-XXXX was removed from the containment chamber.
Post Test Record: The instance of SCP-143 which was interacted with by SCP-XXXX was observed to lose all of its leaves 15 mins after the interaction. The leaves were seen to decay after an additional 5 mins. The particular instance of SCP-143 regrew its leaves exactly 17 days and 2 hours after the interaction.
Analysis: Finally he decided to use his abilities on an anomaly. - Researcher Miller
Test XXXX-1d
Researcher: Dr Evan Miller
Item: SCP-087Test Summary: The school where SCP-087 is held was closed and SCP-XXXX is escorted to the area, the door to SCP-087 is opened and SCP-XXXX goes inside, equipped with a radio to report his findings.
Transcript of Test XXXX-1d
SCP-XXXX approaches the entrance to SCP-087. He displays signs of hesitance and anxiousness.
Researcher Miller: Please enter the stairwell.
SCP-XXXX: As you wish
SCP-XXXX descends 4 flights before stopping
SCP-XXXX: The aura of this place thickens as I go lower. I can hear something, a voice of a human child, is this normal?
Researcher Miller: This is normal, please continue.
SCP-XXXX descends another 54 flights before pausing again.
SCP-XXXX: I see a face, the energy of the anomaly is concentrating around it.
Researcher Miller: How would you describe the aura.
SCP-XXXX: It's very dull and primal, easy to hold back, I can alter it if you want.
Researcher Miller: How can you alter it?
SCP-XXXX: I could potentially remove the effects for a limited period of time.
Researcher Miller: Is that all you can do?
SCP-XXXX: With the knowledge I have gathered on it so far, yes.
Connection too SCP-XXXX cuts off abruptly and appears at the doorway to the stairwell 5 mins later
Post Test Record: Subsequent expeditions into SCP-087 revealed a non anomalous flight of stairs leading to a dirty cellar filled with supplies for the school, the effect of SCP-XXXX appeared to be impermanent as an exploratory mission 15 hours later revealed the staircase had reverted back to its original state.
Analysis: He did that? Seeking permission to cross test with more dangerous anomalies. - Researcher Miller
Permission granted - Head Researcher Clark
Test XXXX-1e
Researcher: Dr Jane Fletcher
Item: SCP-1499Test Summary: SCP-XXXX was equipped with a torch and told to equip SCP-1499. Upon placing the gas mask on his head he disappeared from the testing room.
Post Test Record: SCP-XXXX reappeared, covered in a thin layer of snow, in the centre of the testing room 2 hours after placing the gas mask on his head. He explained that he was unable to manipulate the energy of anything except the mask but was able to reduce some of its effects.
Analysis: //All personnel involved in this test were issued Class-A amnestics // - O5-6
Test XXXX-1f
Researcher: Dr. Jack Bright
Item: SCP-963Test Summary: Dr. Bright enters the containment area and removes SCP-963 holding it out to SCP-XXXX. The anomaly takes SCP-963 in his hand, looks it over for a second and hands it back to Dr. Bright without comment.
Post Test Record: When questioned SCP-XXXX showed no memory of the incident describing the test as 'a void in my memory'.
Analysis: This one is more impressive than I thought, get me the fuck away from this site. - Researcher Bright
Test XXXX-1g
Researcher: Dr. Jane Fletcher
Item: SCP-1762Test Summary: SCP-XXXX was given a case containing the remains of SCP-1762-1 and SCP-1762-BOL-1 as well as the amethyst crystal found inside the box. SCP-XXXX showed great interest in these objects picking up the book and crystal, turning them over and peering at them for around 8 minutes.
Post Test Record: SCP-XXXX asked the researchers for the file on this anomaly which was granted. After reading the file he explained that while there were no active anomalous effects there was residual energy around the objects which apparently caused him confusion.
Analysis: So we finally managed to confuse the little bitch. I do wonder what he could do with that box though. - Researcher Fletcher
Test XXXX-1h
Researcher: Dr Evan Miller
Item: SCP-1000Test Summary: SCP-XXXX was introduced too an instance of SCP-1000, SCP-XXXX looked at it in apparent confusion before placing a hand on its head whilst muttering [Data Redacted] under his breath. SCP-XXXX was then removed from the containment chamber.
Post Test Record: [Data Expunged]
Analysis: That was… unexpected. - Researcher Miller
Test XXXX-1i
Researcher: Dr Raymond Hamm
Item: SCP-049Test Summary: SCP-XXXX entered SCP-049's containment chamber. SCP-049 walked over too Nocturnus and studied him for several minutes after-which he placed a hand on his arm. SCP-049 stiffened slightly, backing into the corner of the room clutching his hand which appeared burned slightly SCP-XXXX then asked to leave the room.
Post Test Record: SCP-049 has expressed extreme stress in the subsequent weeks to this test. Any explanation given by SCP-049 on what was experienced during this test is mostly incoherent.
Analysis: Is that French can we get a translator. - Researcher Hamm
Test XXXX-1j
Researcher: Dr Jane Fletcher
Item: SCP-079Test Summary: SCP-XXXX enters the chamber and walks over to SCP-079 proceeding to tap on its keyboard, talking for it for around 17 minutes.

Item: SCP-248Test Summary: SCP-248 is brought into the chamber. After examining the object for a few minutes SCP-XXXX asks for a megaphone to be brought into the cell. SCP-XXXXplaces
one of the stickers onto the side of the megaphone, studying it for a further 2 minutes before asking to leave.
Post Test Record: The Megaphone has been studied and proved to be able to amplify noise to approx 20% more than all other megaphones of this brand however further studies were made impossible as a the megaphone stopped working entirely approx 16 hours after the test researchers finding that large amounts of non biological liquid matching that of SCP-354 had built up inside of it.

Recorded transcript of Interview XXXX-b
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Head Researcher Clark
Foreword: Interview to discuss the events of the recent test between SCP-XXXX and SCP-106.
<Begin Log>
Head Researcher Clark: Hello Nocturnus.
SCP-XXXX: Researcher, it is a pleasure as always.
Head Researcher Clark: Recently you met SCP-106. You "punished" a Class D with him.
SCP-XXXX: Yes Doctor I did exactly as you requested.
Head Researcher Clark: You entered his "pocket dimension" and modified it using the knowledge you've gained from us thus far. Have you ever seen anything like it before?
SCP-XXXX: I have not, manipulating its energy made my powers stronger within it, I could do things I have never been able to do before.
Head Researcher Clark: Did you derive any pleasure in testing with this Class D?
SCP-XXXX: I took pleasure in the knowledge I gained, the subject of the test is irrelevant to the situation, as you said he was a mere criminal.
Head Researcher Clark: You enjoy testing and gaining knowledge about the anomalies we contain?
SCP-XXXX: Indeed it helps my powers develop immeasurably.
Head Researcher Clark: Nocturnus, do you take ethics into the question when testing with anomalies?
SCP-XXXX: To a certain extent, however if valuable information on my abilities come into question I will almost always make an exception.
Head Researcher Clark: So you believe that sacrifice is necessary to gain further knowledge about your abilities?

SCP-XXXX: Hello researcher there are a few things I want to ask you, firstly what is your full name.
Head Researcher Clark: [DATA EXPUNGED]
SCP-XXXX: What is your age.
Head Researcher Clark: 34.
SCP-XXXX: What is your favourite colour.
Head Researcher Clark: Orange.
SCP-XXXX: Excellent, working perfectly, well researcher Clark can you please tell me what SCP-001 is.
Head Researcher Clark: I am afraid not, I do not have the information you require as only members of the O5 council or other foundation higher-ups can know the truth about SCP-001.
SCP-XXXX: Very well, can you tell me where I can find a member of the O5 council
Head Researcher Clark: [DATA REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX: Thank you very much researcher you are dismissed.
Head Researcher Clark: Where am I.
SCP-XXXX: The interview room.
Head Researcher Clark: Why are you interviewing me.
SCP-XXXX: You have given some wonderful information Dr please see yourself out.
Head Researcher Clark: What do you mean "given information"?
SCP-XXXX: You needn't worry doctor you should get some rest.
Head Researcher Clark: What the [EXPLETIVE DELETED] do you mean.
SCP-XXXX: (stands up) We have some important tests ahead of us doctor you need to be ready for them.
Head Researcher Clark: (slams fist on desk) I DEMAND YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU MEAN.
SCP-XXXX: (walks over to door) You'll find out soon enough.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX has been reclassified as Keter and new containment procedures have been put in place. -Area Head Carlisle
Recorded transcript of Interview XXXX-c
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Head Researcher Clark
Foreword: Follow up interview discussing the events of the previous interview.
<Begin Log>
Head Researcher Clark: SCP-XXXX we have changed your object class to Keter. Do you know why we have done this?
SCP-XXXX: No idea, please elaborate on this.
Head Researcher Clark: In our last interview, you used me to collect classified information.
SCP-XXXX: I simply asked you for information that even your database would not yield.
Head Researcher Clark: Information that you did not need to access. You understand that our database does not yield that information for a reason?
SCP-XXXX: Yes from what I hear SCP-001 is quite a legend. But no one, not even you know the truth of it.
Head Researcher Clark: So why did you attempt to access classified info when you knew that the information was withheld for a reason?
SCP-XXXX: It depends, even after hacking your database I am still left with 36 options with no way of knowing which one is correct so either way it amounts to nothing.
Head Researcher Clark: But why? Why?
SCP-XXXX: The information is too dangerous to remain only in human hands.
Head Researcher Clark: So you believe that you are superior to humans?
SCP-XXXX: I do, although I would love to meet a member of the O5 council, from what I hear they are [Data Expunged].
Head Researcher Clark: Where are you hearing these things?
SCP-XXXX: I have eyes and ears everywhere.
Head Researcher Clark: What is that supposed to mean?
SCP-XXXX: I have a way of getting information out of people.
Head Researcher Clark: You do understand that if we think you pose a sufficient threat to the Foundation and humanity as a whole we will do everything we can to destroy you?
SCP-XXXX: You cannot, even if I was a credible threat, no human methods will work and don't even bother trying anomalies.
Head Researcher Clark: (slams fist on desk) Il'l be damned if you're not dead by the end of the week!
<End Log>
Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX has been given put down for termination. -Dr Clark

Subject XXXX-682-a
Subject: Dr Evan Miller

Analysis: // // - O5-3
Recorded transcript of Interview XXXX-d
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Head Researcher Roberts
Foreword: Closing interview on Incident XXXX-682
<Begin Log>
Head Researcher Roberts: It appears that, despite our best efforts, you remain alive.
SCP-XXXX: Indeed, I did warn you the consequences would be dire.
Head Researcher Roberts: You took over a town, you tortured and transformed the civilians. You believe you are righteous?
SCP-XXXX: It was necessary to get the knowledge about [Redacted], I know even more than you about it now.
Head Researcher Roberts: What will you do with this knowledge?
SCP-XXXX: I'm not sure, a few more tests will surely yield the results I seek.
Head Researcher Roberts: Tests? You mean us testing you with more anomalies?
SCP-XXXX: Exactly, that is what we have been doing for the past several months is it not?
Head Researcher Roberts: You really think, after what you did with 682, after all the innocents you tortured and killed, that we'd let you test?
SCP-XXXX: It was a necessary sacrifice.
Head Researcher Roberts: You believe that the transformation of innocent people into horrid lovecraftian beasts, some of whom are still at large, was necessary?
SCP-XXXX: I needed to test the limits of my abilities in order to push beyond them.
Head Researcher Roberts: Well you won't be able to test them anymore. We will not allow you to interact with any anomalies, no matter how safe they are. Until we find out how to destroy you, sit tight.
SCP-XXXX: I can tell we will meet again doctor.
Head Researcher Roberts: Hopefully it will be for the last time.
SCP-XXXX: I hope you are right.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX has been reclassified to Euclid as a reliable method of containment has been devised for him, he is not to leave his cell until I give the word -Dr Roberts
