Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be locked in a reinforced humanoid containment cell, to unlock SCP-XXXX's chamber for testing and questioning, two security guards and a scientist are to be present in the extraction procedure, security guards are to not carry any weapons in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX as it will not recognize them as Foundation assets, but as an enemy.
SCP-XXXX's containment chamber is not to be opened without level 2 clearance.
If a containment breach or an emergency occurs and a Mobile Task Force needs to contain and relocate SCP-XXXX, Mobile Task Force units require to disable SCP-XXXX before extraction, using a nearby scientist, as SCP-XXXX will not recognize the Mobile Task Force unit as a Foundation asset, but as an enemy.

SCP-XXXX Had first been spotted at ██████████ ██ ██████ ██████ █████████████ █████████ ███ by civilians claiming it "Just appeared! it was like he was always there, just that he wasn't".
Civilians that have or might have sighted SCP-XXXX have been administered amnestics to ensure Foundation secrets are kept hidden from the public.
SCP-XXXX is equipped with two semi-automatic shotguns with four barrels made from an unknown material which seems to make up everything related to SCP-XXXX attached to the back of SCP-XXXXs hands, with tubes running to its chest where a previously unexplainable endless supply of 12-Gauge shotgun shells is stored, according to further research, SCP-XXXX somehow converts gases such as oxygen into 12-Gauge shotgun shells.
When asked, the O5 Council have confirmed that SCP-XXXX was not invented by any of the Foundation's known sites.
Upon further inspection personnel have spotted the letters S.C.P on SCP-XXXX's chest with the foundation's logo beneath the letters and a keycard slot to the letters' right.
Dr.███████ requested D-2347 to insert keycards into SCP-XXXX's slot, a Level 1 keycard was inserted into the slot, SCP-XXXX then began repeating the sentence: "ACCESS DENIED, A HIGHER CLEARANCE LEVEL IS REQUIRED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN" until the keycard was removed from the slot.
Then A Level 2 Keycard was inserted into the slot, when the keycard was inserted into the slot,
SCP-XXXX began repeating the sentence: "ACCESS GRANTED, AWAITING COMMAND".
In this state, SCP-XXXX will comply with any and all requests given to it by Foundation members, including shutting down, terminating a target and allowing personnel to dismantle it, any and all attempts by personnel of dismantling or shutting down SCP-XXXX without Level 2 clearance have resulted in failure and even death.
Note that if a person outside of the Foundation (Such as a Class D) or a Foundation Agent is to ask SCP-XXXX a question, SCP-XXXX will deny the request, and if asked to perform an action, such as to eliminate a target, it will also deny the request.
