Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX instances are contained in opaque steel crates located at Site-19, storage vault ██ . SCP-XXXX instances are restricted access to clearance Level 2 and below. SCP-XXXX's containment unit is maintained by Sr. Containment Specialist ████████.
Non-anomalous die are not to be brought into containment.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard plastic black and white die. When SCP-XXXX is rolled, SCP-XXXX will cause a natural disaster through unknown means in the current area. SCP-XXXX seems to have a pattern, depending on the number rolled. Accidental rolls will have the same effect. Rolling SCP-XXXX without contact with the human epidermis will not cause its anomalous ability to take affect. SCP-XXXX instances have the ability to disguise itself into a different die, taking the form of a twenty-sided die, a twelve-sided die, a ten-sided die, an eight-sided die, a six-sided die, and a four-sided die.¹ SCP-XXXX must be monitored by two security officers at all times to avoid intentional harm with SCP-XXXX. Despite the conditions of the country and region, the disaster will manifest anyway.

When a non-anomalous die is brought near SCP-XXXX within a 10 meter radius, the die will gain the same ability as SCP-XXXX. This can not be reversed.

Addendum: On ██/██/2020 SCP-XXXX-1 was recovered in the house of the █████ family in ███████, after the town surrounding suffered large fire breakouts and magma covering the town after a volcano manifested in the middle of the town. The die was unharmed and stood on a 6.

Addendum: On ██/██/2020, Jr. Researcher █████ was playing a board game with Agent ████ which involved a die. SCP-XXXX's ability to transform dice was unknown at the time and disguised as a twelve-sided die. Jr. Researcher █████ rolled SCP-XXXX and landed a 4. SCP-XXXX's anomalous feature was triggered. An EF-1 tornado manifested inside of the Site-19 cafeteria and caused 4 casualties and structural damage. It is suspect Jr. Researcher █████ had brought his die, with is now known as SCP-XXXX-12, into SCP-XXXX-1's containment.

Note: Tests must be done outside of Site-19 for future reference to avoid further damage.

SCP-XXXX's currently known pattern.
Landing on a 6 will result in a volcano manifesting.
Landing on a 4 will result in a tornado manifesting.
Landing on a 3 will result in a earthquake manifesting.
Landing on a 5 will result in a flood manifesting.
Landing on a 1 will result in a hurricane manifesting.

Addendum: After 6, the pattern will repeat, if SCP-XXXX takes form as a die with more numbers then a six sided die, it will repeat 7 being a 1 and so on. Forms such as a 4 sided die will only be able to manifest the first 4 disasters.

Subject: D-34958

Procedure: D-34958 was brought to a remote area in █████████ and ordered to roll SCP-XXXX-1 one time.. Live cameras were set up and monitored and the area was vacated. At the time, SCP-XXXX was in the form of a six-sided die. D-34958 rolled and landed a 3.

Results: A magnitude seven earthquake manifested, instantly killing D-34958 and causing massive damage to the surrounding area.
