Per the greenlighting policy, first-time authors must get concepts reviewed in the Ideas Critique Forum or IRC chatrooms before creating a feedback thread in the Drafts and Critique forum. Draft critique can still be sought via IRC and PM without greenlights.

When you have a draft that you know for sure the audience will like, bring it to Drafts Critique Forum. Please note that the forums move much slower than the chat, and the draft forum moves slower than the ideas forum!

Doctor Logan Rutter is a Professor located in the Animinstrative Department of the Special Containment Procedures Foundation. Dr. Rutter is highly professional and has lead multiple 'Grab'n'Bag' Operations. [ Grab'n'Bag Operations is where The Task Force Team goes and quickly captures the SCP without any hesitation ] Dr. Rutter lead the operation that captured the following SCPs:

SCP-049

SCP-1000

SCP-173

SCP-4000

Dr. Rutter also partly leaded the capture of SCP-682

Dr. Rutter has been a member since the year 1995 and has worked his way up quickly and skillfully. Dr. Rutter is also the head of inspection of SCP-4000.

The Administrator describes Dr. Rutter as an old Friend and a valued essential to the Foundation.
