SCP-5000 after being located in a storage unit on Site G-██
Special Containment Procedures: As of December 21, 2019, All personnel are ordered to commence an immediate lockdown sequence if SCP-5000 is seen on the premises. Past attempts to contain SCP-5000 have proven to be futile, due to the nature and effects of the entity. If SCP-5000 is referred to as something other than “Mr. Celegast,” all staff must be prepared to neutralize those who have been affected.
Description: SCP-5000 is a vaguely humanoid, raceless creature with no concrete features despite wearing a dark purple and black suit that resembles the Milky Way galaxy. Each staff member that has come in contact with SCP-5000 has described it as having different physical features. Some staff have claimed that the entity looks like a 6’ tall caucasian male with no face, while others claim that SCP-5000 resembles their own perception of “the Devil.” One Class-D personnel that witnessed SCP-5000 stated that it appeared similar to her grandfather, who died when she was a child. Due to this, SCP-5000 is impossible to accurately describe. Any photography taken of the subject results in a photo containing an empty suite with white hands. For reasons unknown, all photos of SCP-5000 seem to result in the area surrounding SCP-5000 becoming overexposed. SCP-5000 communicates to those that it has come in contact with their native language. Personnel who have spoken to SCP-5000 have stated that "it sounds like 1000 voices at once."
Those who come in contact with SCP-5000 for 15 minutes or less, tend to experience feelings of extreme dread; while those who are exposed to SCP-5000 for more than 15 minutes experience intense suicidal rage, which can only be cured with amnestics, forcing the individual to forget about their encounter with SCP-5000 entirely. Those who have spoken with SCP-5000 have stated that they feel "connected to him." Evidence suggests that the entity has the ability to coerce whoever it is communicating with into carrying out its bidding. SCP-5000 was first discovered roaming the halls of site-19. After being detained and questioned, the entity claimed to be "the creator of the universe"(see Addendum 5000-1).
Addendum 5000-1: Discovery
The following is a document describing the actions of SCP-5000 after appearing in the foundation for the first time.
The date is March █, 199█. an unknown entity was found roaming through restricted areas in site 19. It was detained, however seemingly voluntarily. The entity has stated that it must be referred to as "Mr. Celegast." If the entity is referred to as anything other than its preferred name, all personnel within a 25 foot radius will violently attack any living organism in their vicinity and eventually kill themselves. This was revealed when Agent ███ called it a "thing." To test the limits of the entity's ability, two Class-D personnel were exposed to it. They were instructed to call the entity by its emergency identification number. Immediately after doing so the two Class-D personnel began to assault each other, one killing the other via strangulation. The survivor, Personnel D-362, moved towards a wall and rammed his head against it. An autopsy reported that Personnel D-362 had fractured his skull. The entity was motionless during the incident.
The entity claimed to be “the creator of the universe”. When asked about SCP-343, a reality bender that also claimed to be "the creator of the universe," it stated that “He is a very old friend.” (See Document 5000-1a). After several tests the entity has been classified as an incredibly dangerous reality bender, and anyone witnessed speaking with it without proper clearance will be punished accordingly.

Document 5000-1a: The following is a transcript from an interview conducted by Dr. ██████ in regards to the possible connection between SCP-5000 and SCP-343, two reality benders who both refer to themselves as “the creator of the universe.” Dr. ██████ sees SCP-5000 as a tall humanoid wearing a 15th-century masquerade mask. Dr. ██████ remarks that it is similar to a mask that his late wife wore a few weeks after their wedding to a party.

Dr. ██████: Are you aware of SCP-343?
SCP-5000: Yes I am, doctor.
Dr. ██████: Can you remark on your interactions with SCP-343?
SCP-5000: He is a very old friend.
Dr. ██████: Can you elaborate on that?
SCP-5000: I don't believe I need to elaborate further, do you not understand me, Dr. ██████ ?
Dr. ██████: How do you know my name?
SCP-5000: I know everything about you, doctor. I could sit here and recount your entire miserable life from your first breath to what will eventually be your last.
Control Room: Let’s stay on topic, please.
Dr. ██████: Right, of course. Um, when did you first come in contact with SCP-343?
SCP-5000: Don’t let them control you, doctor. I can give you the answers to your deepest desires; all you have to do is ask. I know when you are going to die — or when your children will die. It will all make sense if you simply take my hand.
Dr. ██████: Well, uh, why are you here? What do you want?
SCP-5000: I like to visit my children, doctor. Some of my best work is kept within these walls.
Dr. ██████: What the hell does that mean?
SCP-5000: This is not the first time I have come to your organization, Dr. ██████. My creations are not meant to be locked up in cages.
Dr. ██████: Stop saying my name!
Control Room: Somebody get Dr. ██████ out of there.
SCP-5000: Not quite yet, I’m having a nice conversation with him.
The door to the temporary containment cell was locked and cameras were disabled.

Addendum 5000-2:
After the incident that occurred during document 5000-1a, Dr. ██████ was found sitting alone in the containment cell, smiling. Dr. ██████ was exposed to SCP-5000 for several hours, and thus was immediately scheduled for amnestics. However, the doctor requested to not be given amnestics, and due both to his clearance level and that approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes of his conversation with SCP-5000 would be lost, his request was granted. Dr. ██████ did not show any signs of suicidal rage, despite being exposed to SCP-5000 for a dangerously long amount of time. On the contrary, Dr. ██████ seemed to experience an increase in happiness.
However, Dr. ██████ began to show signs of unusual behavior, rarely speaking with any other staff members, and only leaving his office during lunch hours. On March 2█, 199█, 2 weeks after the incident, Dr. ██████ was caught whispering to SCP-173 by 3 Class-D personnel sent to clean the containment cell. Upon reviewing footage of SCP-173’s cell, Dr. ██████ can be seen blinking several times during the interaction, even going as far to close his eyes for an entire minute. There was no movement from SCP-173. Dr. ██████ then was seen releasing SCP-173 from containment, which lead to 140 staff casualties before being subdued by squadron █████. Due to the incident, Dr. ██████ was scheduled for termination as per the orders of 05-██ Before his termination, Dr. ██████ stated: “He was telling the truth.”
Addendum 5000-3:
There were no reported sightings of SCP-5000 since the incident including Dr. ██████ until December 1█, 2019. Several personnel claimed that they saw SCP-5000 watching them throughout the facility. They stated that the area surrounding SCP-5000 appeared to be distorted. The following day, four out of the seven personnel who were recorded stating that they witnessed SCP-5000 disappeared, and are as of yet presumed dead. On the 21st of December, a note was found containing names and addresses of every █████ █ clearance personnel currently working at Site-██. The note was signed with the name "Mr. Celegast." As such, SCP-5000 is considered a security hazard, and if seen must be reported immediately.
