Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4900 is to be kept in a 3m, 3m, 4m, containment chamber with daily checks for cracks and holes. Absolutely no ventilation in or out of SCP-4900's chamber is permitted under any circumstance. Day to day surveillance is required to make sure SCP-4900 is still secure. 24 hour surveillance is required to make sure SCP-4900 doesn't change appearance. (see addendum-A through E) All doors leading in and out of SCP-4900 are to have a decontamination chamber in-between both chamber doors to ensure the safety of personnel.

Description: SCP-4900 resembles a large metallic frame that looks resembles that of a cube exact dimensions are 1.43 meters in length , 1.78 meters in width, and 1.2 meters in height. The metallic framing upon inspection appears to be made of a mix of titanium, steel, and silver. The origin of the cube is unknown to date. SCP-4900 was found in █████ █████, New York after several people reported a dreadful stench coming from a local park. When Mobile Task Force Epsilon-6 (Village Idiots) arrived at the scene they had found 5 bodies rotting at an incredible rate. It is also described to be moderately radioactive (.41 sieverts). Anyone who comes in contact with SCP-4900 will be killed instantly.

Addendum-A

SCP-4900 suddenly started undergoing a physical change in appearance as D-████ touched SCP-4900, it suddenly started glowing very bright red and causes an unpredictable amount of radiation (approximately 25.83 sieverts of radiation) and in total killed approximately 4 Scientists, 5 Guards, 3 D-class, and 8 Foundation Personnel. 40 Other total personnel suffered severe radiation poisoning.

Addendum-B

SCP-4900 suddenly when under surveillance changed form completely into a humanoid creature standing 3 meters in height with almost no body features. Site-███ went on lock-down until SCP-4900 was either neutralized or went back to it's original state. Eight hours later and SCP-4900 went back to it's original state. (Note for future reference. SCP-4900 has taken this form once more. See addendum-E Dated 06/01/████)

Addendum-C

SCP-4900 underwent a state of lava for 30 minutes then started emitting more radiation than usual (.55 sieverts). After that SCP-4900 took the shape of a pylon and sat in the corner of it's containment chamber admitting absolutely no radiation at all. When D-████ was sent in to interact with the pylon D-████ got immediately vaporized the second it touched the pylon.
Note for later use: SCP-4900 has taken this state several times afterwards.

Addendum-D

During a test involving D-████, interacted with the object with a hazmat suit. (note that previous tests no gas masks or hazmat suits were ever used.) When subject interacted with SCP-4900 it immediately became a long sword that had no holder and just floated. SCP-4900 breached containment emitting no radiation but in total killing 49 personnel and leaving 10 severely wounded.

Addendum-E

While under heavy surveillance SCP-4900 underwent another humanoid state but had full physical features and was capable of speech. Doctor ████ asked permission to interview SCP-4900 while it ws still active in this form. Doctor ████ was granted permission to interview to SCP-4900

D-████: Hello SCP-4900 how are you?

SCP-4900: I'm doing fairly well besides the fact I am stuck here in this god forsaken facility.

D-████: I can understand that, I have to ask you a couple questions alright?

SCP-4900: Carry on then.

D-████: How do you keep changing form?

SCP-4900: I mostly change my "form" depending on the temperature of the room the more hot it is 
               the more mobile I can be.

(Note: A steady temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit will keep SCP-4900 in it's framed state)

D-████: Next question, do you have any particular requests you would like to make?

SCP-4900: Not at the moment.

D-████: Last question, what brought you to kill a total of 49 personnel as a blade?

SCP-4900: I personally do not know how to answer that, sometimes I feel passive the others I feel like murdering a bunch of people.

D-████: Well then, it appears we are done here. Have a good evening.

SCP-4900: You too.
