Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a one (1) room cell with the dimensions 13m X 13m X 3 m. The room must be furnished as if resembling a nest, it should be heated above 100°C, so as to keep SCP-XXXX in a comatose state. It is only during REM sleep that SCP-XXXX’ s anomalous properties are increased. Two (2) flamethrowers are to be put in front of the “Animatory” {the place which SCP-XXXX refers as his bed(which actually resembles a nest)} in order to incinerate instances of SCP-XXXX when appearing. The Flamethrowers must have a heat-detection sensor ,because the instances of SCP-XXXX have much lower temperature that their surrounding. It was with SCP-XXXX’s proposal that the room be made that way, also a small alcove should be present. It serves the purpose of a lavatory and should be accommodated as such. The alcove should be cleaned three (3) times a week and the “nest” should be cleared of leftovers from feeding and discarded remains of SCP-XXXX’s “children”.

The cell is currently situated in Area 14 due to undergoing research.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a male of Arabic descent in his fifties, with a height of 230cm (7’5’’) and weight of 150kg (330 lbs), with no hair covering it’s body and bright green eyes, with the addition of a multitude of runes, hieroglyphs and seals mainly observed on his upper body. The aforementioned symbols can be traced back to the ancient Sumerian, Egyptian and Norse civilizations. A number of the aforementioned symbols can be traced back to the ancient Sumerian, Egyptian and Norse civilizations. Most other symbols on SCP-XXXX’s body currently respond to no known languages. A couple of strings of signs have been translated with the help of SCP-XXXX (It should be noted that SCP-XXXX has currently helped with the translation of only the Norse, Sumerian and Egyptian hieroglyphs. When questioned about the others it refuses to respond.)
Some examples are:
- The first tablet of the Epic of Gilgamesh.
- The myth of the creation of the Runes used by the Norse Gods.
- Dr.[DATA EXPUNGED] managed to translate a portion of text on SCP-XXXX’s left arm-the text cannot be found in any biblical passage and references Caine’s great slaughter of [DATA EXPUNGED] and further cleansing of [DATA EXPUNGED].
-A text approximating Ancient Norse speaking of the Bleeding Many. The myth appears to be a doomsday prophecy drastically different in character to the classic “Ragnarok”.
-A phrase in what appears to be a blend of Latin and Norse translating very roughly to
“Blessed is he who in his heart carries the warm embrace of [DATA EXPUNGED]“.

Dr.Senkin: Yes, of course. I wanted to ask you why did you come to the Foundation willingly?
SCP-XXXX: Would it be better had it been unwilling?
Dr.Senkin: No, of course. But the question is important to us.
SCP-XXXX: Fine.*Long silence* I came to you because you presented an opportunity for our
continued survival. And mine too of course.
Dr.Senkin: Our? I am not sure I follow SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX: Well, I mean our. As in all of that, that is inside me. It is a fairly important thing. I would
like to see it survive. Survive and thrive.
Dr.Senkin: How will you see this accomplished?
SCP-XXXX: I would see it accomplished through your organization.

+ Experiment-Archive-XXXX

SCP-XXXXapproved of all types of experiment to be performed on it. The experiments were done sequentially.

Experiment XXXX.1

Method: Standard Check-up
Item: Sphygmomanometer, thermometer, stethoscope, reflex hammer, ophthalmoscope, watch

Result: No blood pressure was detected neither a pulse. Body temperature clocked at 50 C°. Reflexes were sub optimal, but no nerve damage was found. The eyes were indistinguishable from human ones.
When listened to using a stethoscope a distant sound of thunder and rumbling was heard, when inquired about SCP-XXXXsaid a procedure should be done expressing itself in a vertical incision of the abdomen.

Experiment XXXX.2

Method: Aforementioned operation
Item: Scalpel, two retractors
Additional notes: SCP-XXXXtold pre-operation surgeons to give him a prepping time. SCP-XXXX entered a state of deep meditation during which told the surgeons to commence with the operation. After the experiment class A amnesiacs were administered to said medical staff.

Result: After a vertical incision starting from the solar plexus and ending at the interspinous plane. No bleeding was observed. With the help of two retractors the abdominal cavity was exposed. At first there was a black sheet of viscous material just behind the freshly made incision, at that time SCP-XXXX instructed one of the surgeons to drive his head into the liquid. The latter did so and after 2 minutes of staying in the abdominal cavity of SCP-XXXX emerged back and exclaimed that he had seen a land mass of immeasurable size. After said claim the rest of the operating staff proceeded to do the same after which everyone claimed a different setting seen from inside.

Experiment XXXX.3

SCP-XXXX was asked if Foundation personnel can try more rigorous experiments. It assured them that it was indestructible to any human means.

Method: Test to check pain threshold and.
Item: Hammer, nail gun, small caliber firearm, high caliber firearm, temperature extremities.

Result: SCP-XXXX had no reaction when hit with a hammer with small and large force, when the nail gun was used the nails did not penetrate the skin, neither did both firearms. Later it was set ablaze by ten (10) heavy-duty blast furnace flamethrowers, it reacted by saying that it felt warmth, temperature was recorded at 5000 C°; then it was put in a deep freezer, did not react in anyway.

Experiment XXXX.4

After the proposal of Dr.Strezov, to make a surprise reaction test on SCP-XXXX manifesting itself in one (1) class D personnel to attack SCP-XXXX with a knife from behind while it is communicating with another class D both denoted as (D-1 attacker; D-2 bait), and the approval of O5-X. Method: Surprise reactionary test driven by an attack
Item: one (1) titanium-cobalt alloy 15cm (6’) knife with a serrated edge
Additional Notes: SCP-XXXX was informed that it would conduct an interview regarding its future negotiations with the Foundation.

Result -INCIDENT- XXXX/1: The test began as planned SCP-XXXX was acquainted to D-2 as a Level 3 researcher. It was told that Dr.Senkin, with whom it had previously conversed, had fallen ill and was not able to attend the interview. SCP-XXXX sat down on the chair placed in the interviewing room and then D-1 entered, he was introduced as janitorial staff. D-1 did not raise any suspicion in SCP-XXXX due to the fact that there were an increased number of supporting staff in Area 14 in order to prepare the room for it. D-2 started the interview with a formal apology because the last conversation SCP-XXXX ended abruptly after Dr.Senkin failed to address it appropriately. SCP-XXXX replied according to expectations and did not take notice on D-1 closing in on it. D-1 drew the knife provided and with a quick maneuver stabbed SCP-XXXX in the neck. The knife went through the skin and blood spurted out from the wound. 1.5 seconds later two hand-like appendages appeared from the back of SCP-XXXX and ripped D-1 in half, then a creature (which we will label SCP-XXXX-1) appeared from within SCP-XXXX even though it was much larger in size than its host. SCP-XXXX fell to the ground and it’s skin turned black in color and the body started to grow rapidly outward stopping after reaching the diameter of 250cm (8”2’). SCP-XXXX-1 started assaulting D-2. In the span of 3 seconds SCP-XXXX-1. After pulverizing D-2 SCP-XXXX-1 entered a dormant state. MTF Epsilon 11 (“The Nine Tailed Fox”) was immediately dispatched and remained on watch for approximately 2 hours. After 1.5 hours of laying dormant SCP-XXXX-1 began to walk towards SCP-XXXX completely ignoring the task force situated there. Afterwards SCP-XXXX retracted SCP-XXXX-1 back into its body. SCP-XXXX remained in the position it was before the black mass started to grow, suddenly it rose to it’s height as if it had blacked out for a second and at the sight of the massacre exclaimed (“Your behavior has been noted”), it shifted it’s gaze at MFT Epsilon 11 but it had no reaction towards them.

Addendum in accordance to Incident XXXX/1: O5 council was convoked and it was decided that testing on SCP-XXXX should be put on hold until Dr.Senkin recovers from his illness because he has had the most interaction with SCP-XXXX. Following the arrival of Dr.Senkin he was appointed head researcher of SCP-XXXX, and was given Level 4 clearance due to the uncertain nature of SCP-XXXX. Dr.Strezov was given class C amnesiacs and put on a “safer” SCP.

Experiment XXXX.5

It was proposed to SCP-XXXX by O5-X that Foundation staff test in a controlled environment the assortment of entities held within it. SCP-XXXX agreed.

Method: SCP-XXXX is to be subjected to even harsher treatment during testing…
Item: Type 91 Kai MANPAD rocket launcher, M134D-T machine gun, M1 Abrams tank.

Result: Initial test of the rocket launcher wielded no results, SCP-XXXX was hit by the rocket straight in the cranium, it didn’t even budge from the place it was at. Sequential test saw the emergence of SCP-XXXX-2. It was established that SCP-XXXX-2 can appear instantly. SCP-XXXX-2 resembles a pair of winglike appendages which protect SCP-XXXX, it allows SCP-XXXX aerial travel. The wingspan of said appendages is 8 meters (26”2’). Testing with sustained minigun fire for over 5 minutes saw the secondary appearance of SCP-XXXX-2. It once again shielded SCP-XXXX from the incoming bullets. After that test the Abrams tank situated itself 300 metes (328 yd) away from SCP-XXXX and fired its M68A1 105mm shell, this instance SCP-XXXX-2 managed to propel its host into the air of an altitude of 35 meters (38 yd) in under a second, thus evading the projectile. Dr.Senkin was unsure whether SCP-XXXX-2 had the durability to withstand the blast and repeated the test two more times, the first it wielded the same results as before. Dr.Senkin concluded that SCP-XXXX-2 does not have such a high threshold to damage. While the second one saw the appearance of SCP-3373-3. SCP-XXXX-3 resembles a giant humanoid figure with a size of 15 meters (16 yd). SCP-XXXX expressed some interest in the vehicle (only in this instance of the experiment) but complied with the instruction to not move. After the first shell had fired SCP-XXXX manifested a massive hand (belonging to SCP-XXXX-3) to shield itself. SCP-XXXX-3 tore off the Abrams’s gun turret and threw it a length over 3 kilometers (1.86 miles). After this SCP-XXXX-3 remained completely stationary and retracted back in SCP-XXXX in the span of 2 seconds. When questioned why it had not defended itself in such a way in the first test SCP-XXXX noted that it was an “involuntary reaction”. Another tank was refashioned with a remote control to prevent casualties and the tank was driven into SCP-XXXX. Moments before the impact SCP-XXXX-3 burst out of SCP-XXXX and destroyed the tank. SCP-XXXX-3 having manifested itself so quickly it was able to intercept the tank and thus crushing it from its sudden appearance. Then it retracted back into SCP-XXXX.

Experiment XXXX.6

Method: A nuclear explosion is to be used to check whether SCP-XXXX has a limit to his anomalous properties.
Item: One (1) Nuclear warhead type Fat man, a medium sized village, one thousand people (Class-D predominantly, including civilians).

Result: SCP-XXXX was released from containment and institutionalized into a village situated 1500 km (932 miles) away from any Foundation establishment. SCP-XXXX was monitored from this position for 3 days after which a nuclear warhead was launched and detonated 1 km (0.62 miles) above ground. It was observed moments before the explosion the appearance of SCP-XXXX-4. It resembles a towering humanoid figure with tentacle-like protrusions out of its back, its height was measured to be 250 m (273 yd). It used said “tentacles” to form a hemisphere around the village, between each appendage a force field was formed which absorbed the impact of the resulting explosion. After the debris from the surrounding landscape had set the SCP-XXXX-4 remained steadfast the force field that it had created was gone and the village underneath it was intact.
