Special Containment Procedures: SCP-??? should not be contained unless not containing it is a hazard to containment of a Keter class anomaly. If foundation staff encounter SCP-??? they should attempt to ignore it even if it tries to get their attention. SCP staff operating in areas where SCP-??? has been sighted should be able to recognise it.

Description: SCP-??? is a Afro-European male currently in it's mid twenties. Its anomalous properties start manifesting whenever it is being contained by the SCP foundation.¹ At this point its eyes change shade from brown to green, and it will become radioactive. The radioactivity seems to correlate with the security of the containment, *examples, wrist holding as low danger, putting behind a locked door as slightly dangerous, need to figure out what best way to measure is*.
SCP-??? is aware of the existence of both the SCP foundation, and its anomalous properties. It is unaffected by amnesics used to target this knowledge.
