Sleeping Abomination

Item: SCP-5212

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: [SCP-5212 is to be contained within a standard humanoid containment cell at all times and is to be kept in a state of sleep for as long as possible. No staff is allowed to enter this containment with the danger that SCP-5212 might wake up, if this where to happen the MTF unit must be called at once, preventing SCP-5212 from breaching containment. To recontain SCP-5212, it must be sedatet and placed in the bed in the containment, note that this containment is soundproof to secure Class D or personnel on the outside to accedentally wake SCP-5212. The containments cell always plays a lullaby which has positive reaction to SCP-5212, keeping it in a constant state of sleep until it gets physicly woken up by sound, motion or light around it. Due to the fact that his containment must be dark, nobody has seen what SCP-5212 looks like, and if they have, they are either dead, or in an asylum for the insane, therefore no images have been provided, we hope to get one in the future, but in writing manner, this isn't available]

Description: [SCP-5212 was discovered in the mountains of Norway, where the people of a nearby town had called the police a multiple times about a humanoid creature roaming the mountain, the police brushed the case off thinking it was just a wolf, but an SCP Agent in the police precinct called for the Foundation to send a MTF team to investigate, when they arrived they found SCP-5212 sleeping in a nearby cave, when the MTF enterred the cave they accedentally made a noise and SCP-5212 woke up, ripping every MTF member to pieces. When contained research shows that when triggerred with little to no noise, SCP-5212 will instantly wake up and know where the location of the noise came from, killing/destroying the one/thing which made the noise, before going on a rampage for about 1 hour before getting sleepy and falls to the ground totally paralyzed. in this state, SCP-5212 can be safely transported due to the lack of strength in its body, the "reload" time of SCP-5212 is thought to be around 2 - 3 hours of unbroken sleep. Studies show that SCP-5212 does not need any sustenance to survive.
