SCP-XXXX's anomalous effect occurs when someone in possession of the entity offers it to another person in exchange for a favor or item while using the phrase "do we have a deal?".The person being offered SCP-XXXX then becomes SCP-XXXX-1. This effect causes SCP-XXXX-1 to accept the deal regardless of the value of the item or favor they were giving in exchange for SCP-XXXX.

Addendum XXXX-1: History
SCP-XXXX was recovered after a guard was seen releasing a D-4516 from his cell.After D-4516 was released he was seen handing the guard a banknote.Guards were dispatched to apprehend D-4516 and succeeded in capturing him.Interrogation of the subjects revealed the banknote to have been involved in D-4516's escape attempt.

Results: The subjects began arguing over who would get to keep SCP-XXXX and proceded to engage in physical combat.Guards were called in to subdue the subject.

Test B

Test: Doctor Miles gave D-XXXX SCP-XXXX in exchange for murdering D-XXX1 and returning SCP-XXXX to Doctor Miles.
Results: D-XXXX refused the deal stating "if I don't get to keep it we don't have a deal"
