Description: The entity is a small grey cartridge for a Nintendo SP. The home cartridge is grey with a patch of duct tape labeled “Back up” colored in purple sharpie. Aside from the sticker the cartridge is identical to a standard SP cartridge measuring in at 28mm tall and 57mm wide.
Addendum: The entity's anomalous properties were first discovered in the home of [REDACTED] on the date of [REDACTED] when the child of the household first put in the cartridge the parents reported their son what we estimated to be an hour after first interaction that the game was talking to the child and calling it by name further testing shows that the cartridge itself is intelligent and when plugged into a Gameboy SP it is able to communicate.
