When SCP-XXXX's barcode is scanned by any device that could do so, the building that SCP-XXXX is currently occupying immediately experiences a major power surge followed by a power failure. The power failures have been recorded to last anywhere between 15 minutes and 3 days. Those who come into contact with SCP-XXXX immediately feel an impulse to purchase or take SCP-XXXX and then eat it. This does not happen unless it is viewed directly. Those who view SCP-XXXX will continue to obsess over it for about 24 hours, after which the obsessive feelings will subside. Once any part of SCP-XXXX is ingested, the subject that ingested it, or SCP-XXXX-1, will immediately be overcome with an intense feeling of dread followed by violent convulsions seemingly caused by electrocution. SCP-XXXX will then regenerate it's missing piece and reseal itself.
