An undercover agent was able to retrieve SCP-4062 after the hospital went in a lock-down. Both the child and doctor were terminated.
Within the syringe is a fluid that is, for the most part unknown. So far researchers have found the elements of Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Sulfur, Uranium, and Einsteinium; however, those elements only account for approximately 7% of the total fluids. A discovery made by researchers while testing the fluids is that the entity appears to recreate the fluids that have been removed. The entity outer casing had words etched into it. It was in Russian as the text read "The Next Step"
The effects of the entity varies with each subject having different results. However, the results can range from no effects at all to complete deconstruction of every atom within the subject. Out of the seventy-eight tests conducted, only four remain "alive".
