Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be contained in a 10m x 10m x 7m room at site██ with sufficient lighting to illuminate all parts of the room. Description: SCP-XXXX is not known in any structure. SCP-XXXX has an amnestic effect upon all entities that look at it [this includes video image]. At the moment an entity ceases visual of SCP-XXXX, the entity will no longer remember any experiences it had while looking at SCP-XXXX. Interviews have shown that SCP-XXXX possesses the ability of speech in all tested languages. SCP-XXXX is compliant and cooperative with foundation staff. SCP-XXXX's only request has been recently deceased animal corpses presumed for food. When asked to describe itself, SCP-XXXX responded with [DATA EXPUNGED]. Testing concludes that any recording of SCP-XXXX's description [whether audio or visual] also has an amnestic effect and is henceforth known as SCP-XXXX-1. Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 have not yet been discovered outside of site██. Interviews have been conducted with visual from the guards on SCP-XXXX until the test has been concluded. No video images of SCP-XXXX are to be recorded. No questions are to be asked of its description in order to reduce instances of SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX is immune to the effects of SCP-XXXX-1.
Addendum XXXX-1: Discovery Log-
SCP-XXXX was discovered on ██/██/19██ in upstate ██████. Reports of screaming were responded to by local law enforcement. When witnesses were questioned with the origin/reason for the screams, they did not know anything. Foundation agents were called in as the local police had also gone missing. Agents ██████ and ██████ responded to the emergency immediately. ██/██: Agents ██████ and ██████ are presumed MIA. As a last resort, MTF Gamma-5 was deployed with intent to capture SCP-XXXX. Mission was successful with casualties: Operative ██████, Operative ██████, and Operative ██████. The mission was successful with the help of flying drones that kept a visual on SCP-XXXX as it attacked. MTF Gamma-5 was alerted to the amnestic effects of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX was contained, temporarily, at site ██. SCP-XXXX was moved to its current location at site ██ the following day.

Closing Statement: Dr.█████ experienced the effects aforementioned from SCP-XXXX. Audio descriptions as well as video footage were redacted as almost all staff in the room had lost memory of what they were doing.
Addendum XXXX-3: Incident XXXX-1
Dr.█████ had finished an interview that had instigated SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX then proceeded to tear the limbs off of each guard. While attempting to flee, Dr.█████ broke visual with SCP-XXXX. Dr.█████ stopped fleeing and SCP-XXXX proceeded to incapacitate Dr.█████.
