Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a Standard Humanoid Containment Cell at all times. SCP-XXXX is to be entertained when it requests. SCP-XXXX may be given coloring books, puzzles, and children’s toys. SCP-XXXX may have access to photos or videos when requested as long as the video is dated 50 years before the present day. Any other requests from SCP-XXXX are to be reviewed by a Level-3 Clearance researcher assigned to SCP-XXXX. Testing with SCP-XXXX must be approved by a Level-3 researcher assigned to SCP-XXXX. In the case of a containment breach, all personnel must be questioned and all other creatures must be contained and may not be released until SCP-XXXX is found.

Updated Special Containment Procedures: Any area within 10 meters of the Containment Cell is strictly off limits to all personnel. The area is to be secluded with a cement wall with a steel gate 1 meter wide and 2 meters tall that can only be operated from SCP-XXXX’s observation room. The gate must enter into a hallway with the same dimensions as the gates and leads straight to the Containment Cell’s gate. SCP-XXXX’s observation room must be at least 5 meters away from the cement wall around the Containment Cell. SCP-XXXX is allowed to have a puzzle in their Containment Cell and nothing more. Any other requests from SCP-XXXX are to be immediately denied. Testing for SCP-XXXX must be approved by the Site Director or Security Director. In the case of a containment breach, the facility must lock down, no one may leave, and all creatures present in the facility must be searched for a black star-shaped mark on the back of the neck. If a creature with such a mark is found, they are designated as SCP-XXXX-1 and must be put into SCP-XXXX’s Containment Cell, where SCP-XXXX-1 be swapped out with a D-Class personnel.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a shapeless entity currently occupying the body of D-XXXX. (D-XXXX is a blonde-haired, South African, 6’5 male who weighs 120 pounds. Idk put this in a footnote or something). SCP-XXXX has the ability to take complete control over a creature’s body (refer to Test-XXXX-A). SCP-XXXX does this by either touching a creature willing to have SCP-XXXX take control of their body or when SCP-XXXX’s host body (which will be referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) dies. When SCP-XXXX-1 dies, it will either take control of the nearest compatible creature, or enter a stasis until a compatible creature comes within 6-8 meters of SCP-XXXX (refer to Test-XXXX-B for details). Every instance of SCP-XXXX-1 has a black star-shaped mark on the back of the neck, making identifying SCP-XXXX-1 relatively easy.

Dr. █████: On 8/12/████ you successfully escaped containment and left Site-██ before we even noticed that SCP-XXXX-1 was dead.

SCP-XXXX: [Silence]
Dr. █████: Then you were found at Site-██ as a level 2 guard pretending you had lost your memory. This was a huge red flag and we came to recapture you two months later on 10/20/██.

SCP-XXXX: [Silence]
Dr. █████: So.. how did you do it?

SCP-XXXX: [Silence]
Dr. █████: How did you manage to get that guard to agree to become your host?

SCP-XXXX: I didn't.
Dr. █████: You.. didn't? The only way that you can transfer is with a willing subject.

SCP-XXXX: I don’t need someone to be willing to become the host.
Dr. █████: Then how did you do it?

SCP-XXXX: When my host dies, the nearest person becomes the host. To an extent.
Dr. █████: It says here that if your host dies, you die.

SCP-XXXX: [Silence]
Dr. █████: You're going to have to answer me.

SCP-XXXX: I lied.
Dr. █████: Lied about what?

SCP-XXXX: I don't die when my host dies.
Dr. █████: Very interesting… now, how did you manage to get to Site-██?

SCP-XXXX: I got lucky.
Dr. █████: …can you explain?

SCP-XXXX: The guard I chose to be my host was scheduled to transfer to Site-██ that same day.
Dr. █████: Lucky indeed. Now back to the topic of the death of your host. What happens when your host dies? Give detail.

SCP-XXXX: When my host dies, I either transfer with the nearest person, or I go to sleep.
Dr. █████: Sleep?

SCP-XXXX: It’s almost like a coma.
Dr. █████: But when does this sleep occur?

SCP-XXXX: When people aren't nearby.
Dr. █████: Do you know how close someone has to be for you to transfer?

SCP-XXXX: No, not specifically.
Dr. █████: Can you give an estimation?

SCP-XXXX: [Short period of silence]… 15 feet?
Dr. █████: Ok, we’ll look into that. Now, on the back of the guard’s neck, there was a black star mark that had not been there, and the mark disappeared once they were no longer your host. Can you explain?

SCP-XXXX: [Long period of silence]… the mark labels my host.
Dr. █████: Does every instance of your host have this mark?

SCP-XXXX: Always.
Dr. █████: Interesting. Well, that's all the questions I have for you.

Addendum XXXX-1: 8/12/████ SCP-XXXX has successfully breached containment and is nowhere to be found. The entire site is on lockdown until SCP-XXXX is found.

Addendum XXXX-2 10/20/████ SCP-XXXX has been found. SCP-XXXX-1 had been a Level-2 guard who was to be transferred from Site-██ to Site-██, which allowed SCP-XXXX to escape Site-██ before his breach was noticed.
