Description: SCP-XXXX is a man who can turn into a dog! Dr. S████ visited Dr. F████'s office and saw a dog² sitting in his chair! Dr. F████ will now be referred to as SCP-XXXX in every singe Foundation document. SCP-XXXX has yet to turn back into Dr.F████. Persistent observation will provide insight as to how SCP-XXXX changes form.

Addendum: Dr. F████ was terminated on ██/██/████ for leaking important Foundation documents. Dr. S████ will be taken in for a mental evaluation, and this document will be removed. As for the dog, we're still looking into how it entered Site ██.
