Special Containment Procedures: All SCP- XXXX objects are to be kept in individual labeled lockers in a storage room requiring Level III clearance or higher to enter. The combinations to these lockers are only to be given to Level III or higher personnel upon request, with these combinations having mandatory changes at the beginning of each month. All SCP- XXXX objects are only to be used for testing purposes approved by the facility’s site director.
Description: SCP- XXXX are a group of five (5) objects recovered from Mrs.███████'s Orphanage after Incident SCP- XXXX -1 (See Recovery Log). These objects are labeled as SCP- XXXX -1 through SCP- XXXX -5 in order of initial recovery. Each object is reported to have unique anomalous properties. However, all objects cause auditory hallucinations in their users. Specifically, consistent claims of hearing the voices of young children of both genders despite no sound being recorded. Whispers to audible statements have been reported, with the most commonly heard phrase being “Slay the dragon” (See Test Log 1). It is also probable that each object has a unique side-effect on their users, however this has not been confirmed and requires further testing (See Test Logs 2 - 6). These bristles are moderately worn with clumps of dust and other residue found throughout. | When the bristle end is pointed upwards, the person wielding the object can make a circular flicking-like motion towards a target object or entity while stating either “enchant” or “curse” to alter that object or entity. If “enchant” is stated, the target object or entity experiences an anomalous beneficial augmentation of any random normal ability. | SCP- XXXX -3 | A black Fiskars brand plastic trowel with an orange base. It is visibly caked with dirt. | When a living organism is jabbed by the object, the organism displays symptoms consistent with very severe poisoning despite no foreign material being detected in the organism’s body. The object appears to have a very high durability. Those holding the object can hear a female child’s voice. | Observations of D-8904 after use of the object reveal drastic and abnormal personality changes that can be described as an increase in general fear and paranoia, resulting in isolation behavior. | SCP- XXXX -4 | The lid to a Magnolia brand galvanized trash can. The non-handle side is covered in dirt and other residue. There are six (6) indentations on the same side, the most prominent being a thin indentation which is straight and measures around 17.75 centimeters (cm) long. | When an effort is made to damage the object, whatever damage that is meant to be imposed on the object is given to whatever object or entity that attempted to damage it. Due to this, the object is plausibly indestructible. Those holding it can hear a male child’s voice. | Observations of D-8905 after use of the object reveal drastic and abnormal personality changes that can be described as an increase of self-hatred, which resulted in a lack of self-preservation and self-sacrificing behaviors. | SCP- XXXX -5 | A red G&F brand plastic toy shovel. It is visibly dirty, with drawings in black Sharpie found along the shaft. | When the object is held, the wielder experiences their physical strength multiplied by around five (5) times their normal capabilities.The object appears to have a very high durability. Those holding the object can hear a male child’s voice. | Observations of D-8906 after use of the object reveal drastic and abnormal personality changes that can be described as an increase of anger and hatred, which resulted in violent behaviors.
