Special Containment Procedures:We have placed several agents and guards among the area to intervene with those attempting to enter, along with having added a set of tinted glass over the current entrance with a set of chains and a lock around the door's handles, only to be removed during testing with the key being held by the head of task force.
Physical Description:Scp 4127 is a casino located in [REDACTED] originally constructed in the 1990's, which takes up a total of only 35,000 square feet of area and seems to be made of brick, it is oddly not adorned with much flare like other casinos, only a sign is placed above the double doors leading in which says "Casino of Desire:Where Dreams Can be Reality" with a few lights around it. Within the building there are 3 rows of slot machines, 3 black jack tables, and several other gambling games etcetera. The gambling games is where the anomalous effect becomes apparent, there is no chips to bet with within the casino, and each slot machine or table is adorned with a sign that says "Bet your dream and hope.
Original Discovery of Scp: The Scp had come to our attention after an agent picked up on several incidents in the area in which people who were homeless, recently lost someone, or recent suicide victims had blamed the said casino for many of their issues. After investigation and finding of the anamolous site we gathered as many victims as possible and applied class A amnestics to those afflicted. Testing on power of this object will begin soon.
Addendum:
SCP-4127-1:In entering the casino it was also found that the employees seem to be part of the Scp, as Scp 4127-1, in attempts to destroy parts of the interior or exterior of the casino the employees began to violently attack our agents and one was unable to be recovered however they do seem to be invulnerable to damage, it is unknown if they have any healing capabilities or can be replaced by means within 4127. Instances of 4127-1 are indistinguishable from any normal person aside from uniform associated with the casino.
Test Log
Test 1 - 12/9/17
Class D:298 Male 45 years old, arrested for assault and several accounts of rape.
Procedure: 298 was ordered to enter the casino and think of a simple want and gamble at one of the tables.
Results:Via camera planted on Class D the instances of SCP 4127-1 encourage him to test his luck and "try to grasp his dream". 298 sits at a slot machine and pulls the lever winning with three oranges, in his hand appears a quite nice sandwhich, 298 is ordered to keep going till he loses. 298 loses on the second spin and immediately complains about being quite hungry.
Analysis:Request seem to have a backlash fitting with whatever is requested, such as if you lose a bet in which you ask for food, you become hungry.
Test 2 - 23/9/17
Class D:390 Female 35 years old, arrested for murder and vandalism
Procedure:390 is ordered to make a substantial for harm against an instance of 4127-1 wish when at the slot machine and is ordered to avoid request of weapons and other things which would be on grounds for termination.
Results:390 gets to a roulette wheel and bets on black, the ball hits red and 390 immediately falls to the ground in pain with blood coming from her abdomen, when retrieved she was treated and sent back.
Analysis:Backlash via a dream for physical harm seems to be done by inflicting the damage requested at the one who bets.
Test 3 - 2/10/17
Subject:Class D:156 Male 22 years old, arrested for murder of 5 people
Procedure:156 is ordered to think of a dream of fantastical levels, reluctantly he does so and heads to the black jack table where a second instance of 4127-1 acts as his opponent, after the round ends and he wins,
Results:He exits the casino and quickly runs off and escapes via what looked to be a griffin, when attempting to track him it seems his tracker had been removed as well via the effects of SCP 4127.
Analysis:Careful planning is advised for further testing and a warning is set throughout the surrounding areas of an escaped convict and class A amnestics are to be used on those who report seeing the griffin like creature. Abilities of this SCP seem to be almost limited by the imagination of the one who bets. Possible ability to create or contact other anomalous beings.
Test 4 - 17/2/18
Subject:Class D:572 Male 54 years old, arrested for assault and vehicular manslaughter,
Procedure:572 was ordered to ask for "The destruction of this casino" and went to the roulette wheel.
Results:Subject was stopped before he can even bet as the instance of Scp 4127-1 says "I'm sorry sir, but your dream is one we simply can't do for the sake of us and your safety, we would implore you dream a little differently, or we will have to escort you out of the establishment" 572 leaves and is escorted back to the facility.
Analysis:Scp seems unable to perform certain wishes, most likely ones which would damage it but not the instances of 4127-1 within as per Test 2 having the wish go through with no objections.
Further testing is pending approval due to the unpredictable outcomes that this SCP presents.
