It has been made apparent that SCP-VVVV should be considered uncontainable.

SCP-VVVV effectively allowed itself to be contained for over a year. It showed little to no restraint, and was highly cooperative in every conducted interview. In every sense of the phrase, the Foundation was as "at ease" as it could be with a Keter-class entity such as VVVV.

With the utmost respect, I request that such slack may never be assumed by the Foundation at any point in the future.

In an ironic twist, the extensive, foolproof containment procedures assumed by the Foundation in the containment of SCP-VVVV was ultimately a drawback. By assuming SCP-VVVV was readily containable from the get-go, the Foundation practically signed its release form. After ~365 uninterrupted days of containment, with no signs of a planned breach of containment, SCP-VVVV simply went up in a cloud of smoke, cinder and ash, a possibility hardly even entertained by personnel assigned to VVVV. VVVV, in essence, distracted the Foundation by appearing as if its containment required close attention, more attention than what was allocated to its study.
If VVVV sees its mission through, we're looking at a ZK-End of Reality scenario. As of right now, it appears to be adopting the persona of rapper "Lil Uzi Vert". It is unknown what progress it has made in terms of its mission.

We have failed. And what comes next is on us.

SCP-VVVV is currently contained in Site-51 in █████ Airport, Nevada.

SCP-VVVV is to be contained in a typeM Standardized Humanoid Anomaly Containment Chamber [tSHACC-M] fitted externally with titanized steel reinforcements. SCP-VVVV should not be supplied with and does not require sustenance, and at no point should it be supplied with any form of solid or liquid nutrition. At no point should SCP-VVVV be released from the titanium shackles with which it is contained, and in the event of a shift in the site of containment accommodations shall be made to maintain the institution of these shackles.
No less than eight (8) heavily armed Level 3 Security officers must be stationed at tSHACC-M 201 at all times. Personnel stationed around or interacting with SCP-VVVV must maintain exceptional physical and mental wellbeing, and must have a recorded IQ of at least 135. Personnel not included within the project proposals for Project-M64-A must receive unanimous O5 clearance before interacting with SCP-VVVV.
In the event of a containment breach, SCP-VVVV must be secured and a recontainment attempt must be made as soon as possible. Based on analysis of SCP-VVVV's behaviors, recontainment should be reasonable within a short timeframe. In the event that SCP-VVVV becomes hostile, four ω-warheads are to be detonated within the facility of containment.
SCP-VVVV-1 must be contained within a fortified lockbox stored within the Heavy Containment facility within Site-51. Due to the nature of SCP-VVVV-1, no further procedures are necessary.

Description: SCP-VVVV, previously known by its false moniker "Symere Woods", stage name "Lil Uzi Vert", its true name "Zumniel", or its title "Great Ambassador", was an anomalous entity sent to Earth by an unidentified extraterrestrial species the Cherubim of SCP-XXXX. SCP-VVVV highly resembled a young African-American adult, and it is unknown if its appearance was naturally humanoid or developed through a shape-shifting ability. Although internal processes were never directly observed, it is assumed that SCP-VVVV functioned similarly to a human, although its lack of a necessity for sustenance has been factored into discussions of its composition.
SCP-VVVV was observed to have both extensive knowledge of the universe's construction, and despite its youthful appearance held scientific knowledge previously unknown to both Foundation and civilian scientists alike.
SCP-VVVV arrived on Earth in the afternoon of November ██, 2012.
