Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 instances are to be monitored via social media of related family and procured unrelated academic results and activities. In the event of an A-1 scenario, instances are to be observed for a period of 6 months. If all recollection of anomalous behaviour and SCP-XXXX expire, subject is deemed neutralised. Mental health is to be observed on an annual basis until neutralised instance is 25 years of age.
Potential SCP-XXXX-1 instances are to be identified via social media and academic activity reports shared across D-Class memetic monitoring initiatives █-██. On a bimonthly basis, responsibility for the detection and observation of proliferating SCP-XXXX-1 instances is to be passed to the next designated initiative. After a D-Class memetic monitoring initiative has finished monitoring SCP-XXXX, each operative is to receive a mental health analysis for the purpose of detecting SCP-XXXX-3 instances. Upon detection, instances are to be detained and transported to dedicated Site XX holding facility for the testing and assessment of anomalous effects. Before progression to SCP-XXXX-4, head research force ████ is to determine whether termination or progression is desired within individual subjects.
Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, indefinite containment is impossible. Temporary containment procedures are to be followed upon the detection of an A-2 scenario.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an entity manifest in the form of a Caucasian female whose approximate and biological age is determined by that of the child it ‘attaches’ to.
In all instances, the following attributes are constant:
-Neck-length brown hair in a ‘bob-cut’ fashion.
-Brown eyes.
-White, creamy skin tone consistent with Caucasian skin.
SCP-XXXX manifests before and attaches itself to children on the continents of Europe, North America and South America- the lattermost region appearing to be a most recently acquired sphere of influence according to trends, though there appears to be very little difference in physical manifestation between continents.
Non-constant attributes of SCP-XXXX are as follow:
-Height; dependent upon age of SCP-XXXX-1 instance. An SCP-XXXX instance will ‘grow’ in accordance to the subject it has attached itself to. Height appears to follow both the standard height associated with the dietary conditions created by SCP-XXXX-1’s socio-economic environment and the age that SCP-XXXX assumes. Average female height of said environment is thus reached.
-Hair and nail length; hair has been determined to grow at an average rate compared to those of standard humans. SCP-XXXX is known to ‘self-groom’, however, and maintain these attributes via its own efforts and ‘those of others’ (See ‘Interactions’).
-Weight; much like height, weight is determined by the average female weight of SCP-XXXX-1’s environment and the age it has manifest in.
