Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment chamber within site 50, until moved to an appropriate site. SCP-XXXX's containment chamber is to be swept and cleaned weekly. No testing is to be performed in SCP-XXXX's chamber without the approval of a Level 3 Senior Researcher, unless authorized by personnel authorized by a Level 3 Senior Researcher, and at least two armed guards must be stationed in front of SCP-XXXX's containment chamber. During cleaning, SCP-XXXX must be stored in a adjacent 3x3x3 meter room, Which is to be cleaned after SCP-XXXX is transported back to it's chambers.

Under no circumstance is anyone personnel to litter in the presence of SCP-XXXX.
all instances SCP-XXXX-1 are to be contained in a standard holding chamber. It is not to be opened unless authorized by a Level 3 Senior Researcher or personnel authorized by at least a Level 3 Senior Researcher to authorize the opening of all instances of SCP-XXXX-1's containment chamber.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a sentient and animate male man appearing to be made of trash, said trash consists of rubber, nylon, plastic, paper and cardboard, and metals. Biopsy reveals no known method of sentience or animation possible within SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX supposedly originated from ████, UK. SCP-XXXX constantly produces a white powder. Analysis of said powder has determined that the powder is the atoms of the trash that makes up SCP-XXXX, showing that SCP-XXXX constantly is shrinking. SCP-XXXX requires consumption of trash, it consumes it by "absorbing" the trash.

SCP-XXXX is normally docile, however, if SCP-XXXX encounters a humanoid who has littered in its presence, it will immediately attempt to "absorb" said subject. If successful, SCP-XXXX will remain dormant for approximately 3 minutes, after said time a instance of SCP-XXXX-1 will emerge from SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-1 instances appear to be about the same as the physical description of SCP-XXXX, including the need for consumption of garbage and the production of powder. The only difference between them being behavior. Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 will react in the exact same manner to humanoids littering in its presence, and will produce another instance of SCP-XXXX-1 when subject had been "absorbed." SCP-XXXX-1 instances behavior is docile normally, but shows extreme inability to solve problems, SCP-XXXX-1 instances have no memory of prior events, and often spend around 9 of their day dormant.

SCP-XXXX claims that "I'm doing the world a favor! I'm picking up those disgusting creature's mess!" SCP-XXXX when questioned about why it absorbs subjects who litter, SCP-XXXX replied with "Human, whaddya mean? Sure they look human, but anything that litters CAN'T be human! I'm helping you guys out! Hopefully you aren't one of them!"

Addendum: Discovery:
SCP-XXXX was brought to the attention of the foundation by the FBI after receiving a report of a "Man made of trash." SCP-XXXX was discovered on ██/██/████ in ███ ████ ████ Dump, NY, USA, by a group of 8 teens. The teens proceeded to call the cops, the call taken by Dispatcher ██████, 5 of the teens threw bottles at SCP-XXXX in order to deter it, SCP-XXXX proceeded to "Absorb the teens" and 5 instances of SCP-XXXX-1 appeared. When officer ██████ arrived on the scene, he questioned the 3 teens about why they called, after putting them in the car, and was alerted to the presence of SCP-XXXX, Officer █████ questioned SCP-XXXX about its motives, and where the other children were, SCP-XXXX stated that they became instances of SCP-XXXX-1, which began approaching Officer █████. Officer █████ open fire at the instances, the bullets however, were ineffective, resulting in Officer █████ fleeing to his car, he then called the sheriff, who contacted the FBI, the FBI then alerted foundation agents. All witnesses without clearance were given class D amnestics after the area was secured by MTF Unit ██████-█. A total of 5 instances of SCP-XXXX-1 were contained alongside SCP-XXXX.

Doctor ██████: Hello SCP-XXXX, how are you today?

SCP-XXXX: I guess i'm alright with the current circumstances mate.

Doctor ██████: I'd just like to conduct a little interview so we can learn some things.

SCP-XXXX: I don't really care but go ahead mate.

[SCP-XXXX shifts back in its seat.]

Doctor ██████: First question: Where did you originate from?

SCP-XXXX: [REDACTED] London.

Doctor ██████: Really? How did you get to New York?

SCP-XXXX: It is a very long story mate, I don't reckon you'd want to hear it.

Doctor ██████: I'm willing to listen.

SCP-XXXX: Well, I just kinda wandered around mate, I needed to eat the bloody trash so I wouldn't become dust, I wandered a long time mate, I kept getting chased by locals, I went all the way to the edge of bloody Russia, and I see a bloody motherload of trash on this boat, I mean a MOTHERLOAD of trash.

Doctor ██████: What was the boat called?

SCP-XXXX: What was it called? I don't bloody know I didn't pay attention to that stuff.

Doctor ██████: Continue.

SCP-XXXX: Well, so I got onto that boat, since, I needed to investigate who the hell dumped all that trash, and you know what? The boat bloody leaves the shoreline, I go to tell the Russian to stop the bloody boat, when I realize, I can't speak Russian, besides he'd probably panic and kick me off his boat, and I'd sink. So I opted to just, sit down, You know It's sad mate, I try to pick up all the trash, but I have this instinct you know, I have this insane sense of self preservation, so I try to eat all this trash, so theres no more trash ya know mate, No more trash means no more me, so I find those "people" and remove them from the equation.

Doctor ██████: Why did you say people like "people."

SCP-XXXX Well heres the thing, humans are good people right? Even murderers are good people, but people who would bring an ends to the world, themselves and each other? No human could bloody do that! Its mental! Even suicidal people don't kill everyone around them, they are still human even if they want to die! If they make trash, then they are no worse than trash! Alright mate, so I opt to eat all that trash on board, since, what else am I gonna do…I don't even know how long it was, I just sat around mate, and then, bang we were there, in bloody Alaska, well mate, I get off board, and then the Russian sees me, he has a bloody shotgun, and he starts shooting me… No idea why he was going to Montague island…think it was there, there was a bloody sign announcing it, all I know is that its in bloody Alaska, now, I keep running, away from this insane Russian. Eventually I come upon some guy in a tent in the middle of a fucking forest, I kept my distance, he said his name was Cees Martin through a yell, don't know why he wanted me, he sounded bloody Texan.

Doctor ██████: Are you referring to SCP-3915?

SCP-XXXX: I don't know which one that is, but, I go and walk towards bloody boat right? I do the exact same bloody thing as last time, I board the boat, and you know what? I realized my mistake this time, but no, The boat HAD to bloody take off, So I sat around again for a bloody shitload of time, and I ended up in California, I ended up wandering, took trains, took more trains, took boats, Don't know how many I took, eventually I ended up in New York, so I go to the source of trash, The dump of that city, and there are 5 "teens" I decided not to be sneaky and just TRY to approach SOMEONE, but, they bloody threw bottles at me! They weren't teens, they were despicable! I had to eliminate the 5 "teens." There were 3 that ran, I think those were real teens, So I dispose of the "teens" and I got a few more "trash men" with me, they just wander around aimlessly, at least there aren't any more "teens" Then I try to find the 3 teens and tell them it was okay, and them some guy in a black and white car pops up and tells me to get down, I tell him i'm trying to tell some kids its fine, but, he asks me where the other "teens" were, and I said "There, they aren't actually teens though." Then he fucking shoots me! The bloody nerve! He then just drives off, so I then start continue eating trash, then a ton of you lot show up, and put me and my "trash men" in a box, and now I'm here.

Doctor ██████: That is quite the story.

SCP-XXXX: Yes it bloody was.

Doctor ██████: Are you able to answer any more questions?

SCP-XXXX: One.

Doctor ██████: When were you born, and where?

SCP-XXXX: I lost track of time, I don't know where either.
