Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is kept in a 3 by 4 by 3 meter steel room. Level class personnel of 3 and up are allowed in the containment cell and some use of the object. Personnel of level 4 clearance and higher may enter the the room with complete access to the SCP. To learn about SCP-XXX you must be level 2 or higher to access its file on the scp database. Little to no clearance of this object is needed as it is not living or animate.
Description: SCP-XXX is a 1 by 2 by 1 meter object. SCP-XXX which is known as the atmospheric mega machine or a.m.m., is an incredible powerful object discovered inside a small asteroid that hit near site 19. When someone comes into control with the object they can use the object to control all aspects of weather. They may create storms or clear up clouds and make nice weather or do something else. At its core SCP-XXX grants the user power to control all weather. This may make the user feel powerful do to the large amounts of power it has. So an effect of SCP-XXX is to trigger a power feeling. SCP-XXX is kept in site 19.
