Notes: During a test with Dr. [Redacted] I stumbled upon a conclusion to how a Repulsive Qunative Device works. The Fusion Generator Starting Sequence enables a shock wave of quantitative energy that allows relay systems to the Prototype-[Redacted]. The [Redacted] device was a prototype for the foundation. The Prototype was used to turn hostiles into docile. The main power of the device is used with a relay power core. The primary use of its energy was to turn on and turn off the device.

The following is the report of an updated prototype

Notes: During a test of ours we found out that the prototype is capable of 5 seconds.. The prototype requires energy from cores and power cords. With this in mind the test can start. We are going to try it on a stray dog to test if the prototype works.
