Special Containment Procedures: SCP-████ should be left in the cafeteria and should not be removed. Should be contained in a soundproof 5x5x10 meter chamber. Two personnel must enter the chamber at the same time. Personnel in the chamber are advised to not to activate SCP-████ and turn it to channel one (1).
Description: SCP-████ appears to be a radio from the early 1950’s. When activated on channel two (2), the subject’s favorite song will play through the radio. Subjects reportedly hear their favorite song. The radio only has one dial, consisting of only two (2) channels. Channel one (1), and channel two (2).
When the Subject listens on channel one (1), they reportedly hear bloodcurdling screams, crying, and sobbing at intense levels. Video shows the subjects also sobbing and screaming. After at least fifteen (15) minutes, they will collapse on the floor.
When multiple subjects are in range of SCP-████, they will only hear their favorite song playing.
Further study shows that a black, tar-like substance grows inside the human skeleton and organs after listening for 15 minutes. After a minute of growing, it will form tentacles which grow through the orifices of the body. The subject is still alive. Growth shows a complete stop after termination. This has been noted for the first time in Addendum A8-7. SCP-3278's origin is still unknown, as the owner Gibson █████████ refuses to say where it came from.
