Description: SCP-4659 is a male humanoid approximately 1.6 meters tall and bears the appearance of a British judge. SCP-4659 wears a judicial robe and wig. Occasionally, SCP-4659 can be seen wearing a bowler hat. Based on interviews, SCP-4659 has an extensive understanding of jurisprudence, and knows every Foundation Law and procedure in the archives. SCP-4659 generally has a stern demeanor and tends to avoid unnecessary conversation. SCP-4659 is capable of speaking English, and is courteous to Foundation Personnel.

SCP-4659 was found in ██████, United Kingdom. █████████ of the U.K. Justice Department noticed photos of SCP-4659 dating back to the reign of Charles I (1600 AD). Mobile Task Force scrambled to ███████ and peacefully apprehended SCP-4659 in his chambers at ██████ Courthouse. Class-C anesthetics were administered to Courtroom personnel. SCP-4659 does not know he is an SCP, and goes by the alias, Judge Kovich. SCP-4659 also responds to the title, "Doge", which historically means Magistrate.
