Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4528 is to be contained in a modified human containment cell that is to be decorated to imitate a style similar to that of classical cartoon shorts from the 1920's to help reduce escape probability by SCP-4528.

Furthermore, once every week SCP-4528 is to be provided with one (1) standard sized ink container, whilst the entity's containment is inspected and restored (if necessary), to allow the entity to regenerate any degradation that has occurred upon itself.

Description
SCP-4582 is approximately 6' 6" (2 meters) in height and 2" (5 centimetres) in width, and weighs between 70 to 100 pounds depending on the entity's level of degradation.

SCP-4528 takes the form of a humanoid male resembling that of a 1920's cartoon character with rubber-hose styled limbs and exaggerated proportions as well as pure black sclera and iris. Furthermore, any proposed tests that are considered "invasive" are to be suspended due to SCP-4528's apparent immunity to any conventional and non-conventional anaesthesia or tranquilizers due to the entity not having anything resembling a natural circulatory system.

SCP-4528 displays a series of anomalous properties that range from moderately harmless or beneficial such as: the ability to stretch their limbs at lengths of upto 1 metre at current estimation as well as the ability to survive commonly unfeasible events such as being crushed by the weight of a 1 ton mass and also being able to be revived from such events by the entity blowing on it's thumb or other digits, these properties important considerations when attempting to contain or disarm SCP-4528.

It also has properties that are considered to be extremely dangerous such as: the entity being able to produce explosives and firearms from within the entity's pockets or jacket from an apparent "pocket dimension" (Note: All devices and explosives appear to be "EMCA" branded, further research into this company is yet to be performed) or turning normally harmless objects such as pens, bananas and balloons into weaponry such as swords and firearms these properties are also to be considered when containing SCP-4528 but also when allowing staff contact with the entity.

SCP-4528: What's up, doc?
Dr. Daniels: I wanted to ask you a few questions about your origin, is this okay?
SCP-4528 Oh doc! You know me, I'm fine with anything you bring to me!
Dr. Daniels: Uh, okay. Where do you remember coming from? I will take any information you can give me.
<SCP-4528 scratches its chin whilst keeping its left eye closed.>
SCP-4528: Weeeelllll, the thing isssss….. I don't know where I came from.
SCP-4528 curls its arms into crossing position, while its pupils dilate.
Dr. Daniels: Um.. Okay… Well that's unfortunate. Ah… When did you learn of your abilities?
SCP-4528: Oh silly doc! I've always had my style! And I know you do too!
Dr. Daniels: What? No I don't, you are the only one here that can do that type of stuff.
SCP-4528: Oh come on Doc, don't be so silly.
<SCP-4528 proceeded to grab the clipboard Dr. Daniels was holding, and transformed it into a comically large magnum revolver, Dr. Daniels was then shot in the chest, and immediately expired on the scene.>

Interview Summary: Dr. Daniels was dead on the scene, however when SCP-4528 was contained both the weapon and the suspected bullet had reverted back to it's original form with the "bullet" becoming a shard of broken off wood from the clipboard. Furthermore SCP-4528 did not seem phased by the incident even after having it's privileges reduced for upon a month.

Addendum: SCP-4528 appears to be able to interact with most forms of "cartoon" media, Dr. ████'s proposal to allow SCP-4528 and SCP-085 to interact is under consideration by Site Admin Dr. Hydrick.
