SCP - 5000 - 1 is an Apollyon Class Level threat, posing a ΩK - Class Apocalyptic End of the world Scenario. SCP - 5000 - 1 is not currently contained but currently under prevention under Operation ALPHA - 5000 - 1 - ΩK GAMMA REFLEX.
Description: [SCP - 5000 - 1]
SCP - 5000 - 1 is a dimensional figure capable of inter-dimensional hazards. SCP - 5000 - 1 is capable of causing Severe Schizophrenic Psychological Disturbance (SSPD) within an individual and in a populace. The individual(s) will start to immediately develop extremely disturbing hallucinations, psychological unrest, extreme memory loss (language, events, etc.), and suspicions to anyone who come into contact with the them. Within 1 - 2 weeks, this will lead to insanity, then to death.
In the Immediate reaction of the affect, the victim will immediately experience severe seizures from the sudden hallucination, sometimes also leading to immediate death under infirm immunity.
SCP - 5000 - 1 appears to be featured in multiple ancient artifacts varying throughout history. SCP - 5000 - 1 suspectedly is responsible for causing the wipeout of certain civilizations [See: Addendum - 5000-005].
Currently SCP - 5000 - 1 is suspectedly idle in current time, SCP - 5000 - 1 is slowly taking itself into effect. As after taking effect on a certain generation, SCP - 5000 - 1 suspectedly goes into a idle state for [REDACTED]. These 'resting' times have been studied, after calculating time between world events which are suspectedly caused by SCP - 5000 - 1. Currently, SCP - 5000 - 1's inactivity is 'overdue', meaning it will take effect any time. Multiple minor events are already taking place.
When seen by foundation personnel [Addendum 5000-004] SCP - 5000 - 1's physical appearance was recorded. It enters a physical form once successfully configurated in our dimension. It appears to be approximately 8.13 meters in height. It emits a "dark glow" followed by dark air forming in the air it walks in, as if it were to be throwing sand. Facial features are not visible, however several symbols appears on its face down to its temple.
- The Omega symbol from Greek, meaning "the end of something".
- The Yogh Symbol from Ancient Egypt, unknown meaning.

When viewing SCP - 5000 - 1's physical form, the victim enters the immediate state of hallucinations similar to as stated above. Any photo of SCP - 5000 - 1 will also so cause the psychological disturbance, however, not in a severe sense. Researchers and Agents assigned and/or dealing with SCP - 5000 - 1 are given memetic prior psychological training [MPPT] to prevent this. This cannot be given to the general population due to lack of extensive knowledge and resources.
When touching SCP - 5000 - 1's physical the victim immediately dissipates, supposedly entering a dimensional warp in which the victim is trapped in.
SCP - 5000 - 1 is capable of the rapid extermination of civilizations, and worlds. There are two ways he can do this:
- Rapidly causing Severe Schizophrenic Psychological Disturbance indirectly by entering the victims brain through a dimensional process. When another person(s) views the victim, they then enter the severe psychological disturbance. This usually spreads rapidly due to there being multiple victims to start off the paradox epidemic.
- Suspectedly entering our dimension by unknown means. Entering its physical form and just simply walking around. This has only been recorded two (2) times before in history. Both times, within 40 days, SCP - 5000 - 1 caused Severe Schizophrenic Psychological Disturbance (SSPD) in the entire civilization, in which all persons enter insanity, furthermore, leading to death.

Special Containment Procedures:
Special Agent Watchthorne is currently housed at Site - ██. He is free to roam the facility as he does not directly pose a threat to Foundation personnel. Absolutely no personnel which are not assigned to him are to interfere with his tasks. Agent Watchthorne is given Mobile Task Force directive clearance (Clearance level 5/██). Agent Watchthorne is a 21-year-old man approximately 2.02 meters in height and from a European and Middle Eastern Descent. Agent Watchthorne is an extremely intelligent man, a strategic benefit, with superior fighting capabilities as compared to other agents. Special operations of him taking down multiple Insurgents and SCP Objects Single-handedly are recorded. [See Addendum 5000-006 and 5000-007]

Agent Watchthorne is a humanoid capable of reprisal against Inter-Dimensional, Violent and Cognitohazardous SCPs. However, not resistant nor invincible to them. Particularly, a 'weapon' against SCP - 5000 -1.
Agent Watchthorne can retaliate the effects of SCP - 5000 - 1. Any personnel affected by the Severe Schizophrenic Psychological Disturbance [SSPD]; caused by SCP - 5000 - 1, and have come into contact with Agent Watchthorne recovered within 2-3 days.
During Operation ██████ [See Addendum-5000-006], SCP - 5000 - 1 was found in physical form at ███. Prior to the Operation, Agents were given Memetic Prior Psychological Training [MPPT] in order to not enter the effect received from SCP - 5000 - 1 after viewing it. However, physical contact with SCP - 5000 - 1 cannot be treated the same way, during the operation, multiple agents engaged in physical contact with SCP - 5000 - 1 dissipated into its 'home' dimension. Agent Watchthorne engaged in physical contact with SCP - 5000 - 1 and was not effected, however, struggling with temporary Psychosis.
Agent Watchthorne is able to counter SCP - 5000 - 1's dimension. After spending time within it, Agent Watchthorne caused a transient disturbance which killed all persons within it. Agent Watchthorne has a supposed dimensional counter-attack suitable to deal with SCP - 5000 - 1, and other potential anomalies. This counter-attack indicates that Agent Watchthorne is not native to earth, although he claims to be an average being.
After recent research, Agent Watchthorne has been classified as an inter-dimensional being. [See addendum-5000-007]. However, Agent Watchthorne deals with a Dimensional Impediment [DI]. Meaning, when reversing the affects of dimensional situations like SCP - 5000 - 1's, he is exposed to harmful effects in which affect him extraordinarily. If these effects are constant, the risk of death is high. These effects can also mentally damage him disturbingly.
If not protected, Agent Watchthorne will die.

Agent Watchthorne was noticed after a special operation held by the SEAL Team 6. He exceeded in hunting down multiple ██████. Agent Watchthorne was later recognized as an agent and was recruited by the Intelligence Agency. After exceeding in multiple operations such as [DATA EXPUNGED]. Agent Watchthorne is currently dispatched in the mobile task force and is currently a Special Agent with Directive Clearance.
On ██/█/████, The Intelligence Agency contacted [REDACTED] from SEAL Team 6. After acquiring certain files on Agent Watchthorne. SEAL Team 6 states that the file was ordinary. When opened by the Intelligence Agents, the file corrupted. After contacting SEAL Team 6 a second time, the Intelligence agents received an invalid response. SEAL Team 6 Stated there were no records of ████ (Agent Watchthorne).
