Containment procedure:
SCP-4507 is to be housed at a standard humanoid containment cell and is to be provided with access to content such as written media, audiovisual media and selected websites as a part of ongoing testing, the nature of said content should always follow the directives of the seniormost L2 L4 clearance researcher.
SCP-4507 may be given access to common areas on the facilities and is to be escorted at all times by at least one agent
Following event I-4507-001 (see incident log I-4507-001), SCP-4507 is to be allowed restricted and scheduled access to facilities and is to be escorted by no less than two armed agents ,hereby referred as Agent A and Agent B , trained on the following protocol:
- Before allowing SCP-4507 leave, agents must reiterate the destination and path to be followed.
- Agent A must follow SCP-4507 closely behind making sure no bypassers coming from behind have uncovered foundation documents and/or any type of classified readable media
- Agent B must walk ahead of Agent A and the subject over a distance of at least 10 meters, making sure no personnel carrying uncovered foundation documents and/or any devices displaying media of sensitive nature are to make contact with SCP-4507, furthermore Agent B must verify the presence of any unattended device or terminal such as notebooks and smarthphones
- Agent B is responsible to stay on guard duty for the room where SCP-4507 is located, making sure no foundation or classified documents enter eyesight distance for SCP-4507
- In the event SCP-4507 is suspected to have gained visual contact of any type of restricted document on any media the subject must be administered class B amnestetics and receive psychologically evaluation
- In the event SCP-4507 is exposed to any document containing euclid or keter class cognito-hazards the subject is to be immediately terminated
Description: SCP-4507 is 17 year old human female , having the height of 173 cm and weight of 67 kg, who displays the anomalous ability to receive and interpret sensory input at an extremely high rate, no other anomalous characteristics are displayed.
The subject presents above average IQ during overall evaluation , scoring 139 point under standardized testing, but specific cognitive tests seem to indicate accelerated rate of data input affects standard IQ testing procedures.
In several instances SCP-4507's ability to receive input seems to only be limited by the speed on which a given medium can output such data, being able to read a █████ page e-book on a display with the refresh rate of 60Khz in ███ seconds and the same █████ page e-book on a display with the refresh rate of 144Khz in ███ seconds, specialized testing software was created to allow for minimum software related delay.
SCP-4507 can also discern audio accelerated to a high degree, as long as no data is lost to corruption or compression, testing using high fidelity audio equipment shows that the subject is able to easily understand audio speedup by a factor of ███ times
While SCP-4507 is able to rapidly learn foreign languagesl, testing shows accutte decline on learning
progression when the subject needs reaches more cognitively taxing parts of the study material, such as more abstract concepts and language specific grammatical constructs.
During testing the subject was able to learn how computer text encoding works and was posteriorly able to read the content of a given document converted to binary and hexadecimal formats, given previous knowledge of the encoding method used.
It must be noted that the rate at which SCP-4507 receive data vary depending on medium and the subject fluency on given language or media encoding.
SCP-4507 suffers from severe anxiety, a condition that seems to stem from previous trauma and as a side effect of its anomalous ability, such diagnostic appears to be reinforced by the subjects constant attempts to finish the interlocutor phrases and his reaffirmation that “it feels like everyone is speaking in slow motion”, while SCP-4507 speaks and acts on a jittery pattern, his ability to output data (while faster than most) seems to be under nominal human capabilities.
Prior to containment, it was suggested that the capabilities presented by the SCP-4507 could fall under nominal human cognitive capabilities , testing have shown that the rate of cognitive input SCP-4507 display seem to defy regular neurochemical and in some instances physical explanations.
Examination shows altered patterns of brain activity not corresponding with previous research , data is incoherent even between examinations with nearly equal settings. Thus far the nature of the anomaly is yet to be determined, hypothesis range from inate ability to create localized time-space bending effects to previous contact with an unknown anomalous object.
Furthermore, Dr. J██████ hypothesised that the subject ability to receive rapid sensory input is progressive in nature and increasing at an unknow rate , even though progression seem to have reached it's peak during puberty, the subject show signs of continuous increase in sensory input speed and might become unable to understand regular speech and perceive regular speed movement without usage of pharmacological agents, testing is pending approval.

SCP-4507: Well, I , I was 12 at the time, I started to study every subject and during the next grade and was able to read all the books teachers asked us to read for the year on a single week, stuff appeared to become slower and slower.

Closing Statement:
Following events under Incident log I-4507-001, SCP-4507 was administered Class A amnesthetics with followed psychological evaluation.
Dr. J██████ was immediately revoked L3 clearance and reassigned to a position on SCP-██████ , let this be a reminder to anyone that no matter the threat level of an SCP, we are still dealing with anomalies and dealing with a safe level subject is not an excuse to overlook proper procedure.
