Description
SCP-3489 is a 1 1/2 foot long translucent neon green axolotl like creature discovered on site 354 in Northern Canada. It is highly intelligent building as it often builds different machines. It was discovered when a meteorite was seen crashing into SCP-354 and then 8 days later SCP-3489 emerged from the pool. The gaurds watching SCP-354 at the time opened fire but when the bullets made contact with SCP-3489 they where simply absorbed into it and visibly melted together. Hours later after it was confirmed to be non hostile SCP-3489 regurgitated a bone-like piece of metal that was about one meter long and looked “like one of those Bionicle toys” as said by one of the gaurds sent to investigate it. SCP-3489 was then relocated to a separate room which became its temporary containment. Attempts to retrieve it where unsuccessful as SCP-3489 became highly hostile when someone would attempt to grab it and bit off the left hand of one D-Class who was sent to retrieve it. After the gaurds confirmed the piece wasn’t dangerous SCP-3489 quickly got hold of their guns and devoured them. 2 days later another piece was formed in a torso-like shape and it was attached to the other piece almost immediately. SCP-3489 then started to move around frantically until it found a lead pipe and devoured it. After this it was given regular supplies of metal. 6 months after the discovery of SCP-3489 it had completely assembled a 14-foot tall robot which it controls from a compartment in the head. The head has two large steel tusks three eye holes and a design similar to a human skull. The chest has an armored piece and a battery. The right arm has an armored piece on the upper arm and a three fingered claw hand which holds a tool/weapon that it uses to build its machines. The left arm has a larger armored piece and a four fingered shield hand that can send a short range electric discharge. Both legs have armored pieces and boot like feet. It is able to speak English and French but only when in its robotic suit
Special Containment Procedures
SCP-3489 is to be kept in a large warehouse where it can work. It is only aloud to leave when given permission. If there is a containment breach SCP-3489 is to be released as soon as possible to help deal with the situation. If something causes SCP-3489 to try to escape or become hostile it must be disabled by destroying or disabling the battery. It is to be supplied with 45 pounds of steel every 14 days unless otherwise stated.
