Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9018 should be kept in a 30X30 centimeter glass box at all times. All personnelsinvolved with this procedure (159-Godclass) should execute it every day to keep the statue in a "clam" state. During procedure 159-Godclass, personnel must at all times greet SCP-9018 upon its presence, offerings must also be given. Offerings must be either food or drinks and prayer beads . If procedure 159-Godclass fails, or if none of the personnel are there to perform it, SCP-9018 will start an XK-class end of the world scenario, wiping all of humanity and its inhabitance through unknown means.
Description: SCP-9018 is a small, wooden statue that resembles a cambodian buddha, it is roughly about 20 centimeters in height and 16 centimeters in width. The statue is relatively shiny, lacking any form of decay. It is thought to be made during the cambodian civil war by a woodworker but was ultimately scrapped due to the writings on it. The writings seem to be written in khmer, which states the following, " this statue is the buddha, those who disrespects it will be brought down by his heavenly wrath." SCP-9018 was first discovered in Angkor Wat, an ancient temple which holds SCP-9018 in a metal casing with candles that have been long extinguished. MTF Epsilon 6 was deployed under the orders of the 05 council to contain SCP-9018 after [REDACTED]. After SCP-9018 was brought back to the SCP foundation, SCP-9018 was first placed in a metal container before moving into a standard glass box.
What to do during the procedure
to perform procedure 159-Godclass, every personnel who are assigned to SCP-9018 will have to enter the chamber containing SCP-9018 and greet it. Three of these personnels must bring the following items, a plate of food (any kind), a lit candle and three prayer beads. One personnel will have to recite the phrase "holy people in holy grace, let me in your holy place" while wearing the prayer bead.
the other two personnels will also have to wear the prayer beads and offer the candle and the plate of food. After procedure 159-Godclass is complete, all personnels will have to vacate the chamber and lock it up after every personnels have vacated.
