Absolute Erasure Guillotine. Thaumiel, restricted to O5 only. Requires unanimous vote to use. The Guillotine, when used to execute any living creature, retro-causally obliterates it from existence. For example: used on a human, it would remove their life history, any mention of them from reality, anything they've created or caused, etc. A book contains a record of all the people executed using it, and is immune to the retrocausality of the guillotine.

1: The guillotine and the book were used in tandem in a secluded village somewhere in France, to keep the town perfect, and free of troublemakers- and anything the troublemakers would've caused -by erasing them from existence.
2: The foundation found it after detecting some weird shit in France, where causality was getting completely obliterated sometimes.
3: It is now in use by the O5 council to execute PoIs.
