NOTE: Complex construction system topography is only known to Site Director Madanus and the Site Director Council, due to an incident involving security breach in several unknown areas as a result of low-level faulty construction personnel predicting the locations of several secret areas using the topography in the map.

Site Function: Site-74 is a large facility dedicated for mandatory SCP-Facility function, Abatement of anomalies, and usage of anomalous objects for a wide range of applications. The site also serves as a trading service for other sites.

Birthday: 17, December 1963 (57 yrs)

Summary: Born near the end of 1963, Aleksei was raised by his only parent and father, Joseph Madanus. At approximately 22 years of age, Aleksei willingly became affiliated with the SCP Foundation as a Junior Researcher at Site-81. Approximately 11 years later, Aleksei was granted Level (3) Clearance and was able to access the majority of non O5-restricted information at the time. Approximately 9 years later, he was granted Level (4) Clearance and quickly became the Site-Director of Site-74.

Context: Site-74's Director Council was formed soon after the completed construction of Site-74, directed by the Overseer Council. The individuals chosen were of Level (4+) Clearance specializing specifically in the areas: General, containment, research, and directing. The formation was completed approximately 2 days after the completion of Site-74.

Site Makeup: The site is composed of approximately five known regions, the Research, Containment, Recreational, Abatement, and Entrance facilities. The site is located approximately 120 km East of the South-part of the Andes Mountains.

Research, located approximately 100 meters West of the main sites and approximately 4000 km^3 in diameter, above-ground. The area is rectangular in-shape. It contains several hundred research personnel, equipment, D-Class personnel, and DEEPWELL-26.

The Research Area is divided into 3 special sub-areas. The D-Class holding area, the research equipment areas, and DEEPWELL-26.

Secure Holding Cell #72 At (SCP) Site-74 (complete). (by Inventorchris)

The D-Class holding area is a specially structured area formed in the shape of a cube. The materials used in this area are a form of concrete, painted White with a soft texture, and a thickness of 0.9 meters. The area holds approximately 160 cells, each 3 meters across. The doors of the area are made of a reinforced concrete with a thickness of 0.6 meters, along with a security key of Level (2) Clearance.

The walls of the cells are formed out of a thick concrete material, approximately 0.7 meters across. Cell walls terminate in a semi-circular shape, with a total height of 11 ft. Security staff are stationed within this area, along with approximately 230 available D-Class.

230 lights are contained within this area. Each light is formed out of a chemical combination luminescent material designated as BETA-TTF, contained within a webbed-like concrete sphere holding the material, and a stick connected to the top of the sphere which has a termination radius of approximately 4 square.

Each cell contains a concrete bed, toilet, sink, and a metal table. Lights are located in the center of each cell, composed of the BETA-TTF chemical, with a rectangular shape and a radius of approximately 1 meter in length and 0.4 meters in width. Flooring is built out of a concrete material, which is homogeneously present in all areas in the research area.

The Research Equipment Area is a housing that houses the research personnel and equipment. The walls are formed in a top-down rectangular manner, formed out of a concrete with a thickness of 0.8 meters. Concrete is painted grey, and is softened to a smooth texture.

The area contains approximately 200 different research rooms, referred to as "Personal Rooms" from research staff. Each research room is approximately 10 meters squared, and a height of 4 meters. The area contains necessary research tools, which are delivered via a system of networking from the Site entrance. All research rooms contain at least three rectangular concrete tables, several chairs, a door, and several cabinets.

Doors are made of concrete with a thickness of 0.2 meters, and contain a security key of Level (1) Clearance. Tables are approximately 1x0.4x0.4 meters in diameter, and chairs are approximately 0.6x0.6x0.4 meters.

The containment area is located above-ground connected with the other facilities via a complex underground pathway system, and is the largest facility within Site-74. Makeup of this area is a rectangular area containing hundreds of secure holding chambers for contained SCP's, along with a complex system to connect each chamber.
