Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4103 is currently considered "contained". Class A amnesics are to be administered as necessary. At this time, there is no means of removing SCP-4103 from it's containment, Foundation Agents must conduct yearly inspections of the schools integrity, both academically and physically for any side effects of SCP-4103 on 1/13.
At this time, for the safety for staff, additional attempts to contact and or experiment with SCP-4103 are to not be considered conducive to study and should be discontinued immediately.
Description: SCP-4103 is an 185cm tall adult male of apparent Caucasian descent, who claims to be, "Tyler Overstreet", Principle of ████████ High School located in ████████, MO. SCP-4103 is exclusively found in the high school with the exception of infrequent visits to the high school track, football and baseball field. Foundation Agents contacted the school's office and staff to request identification and registration of SCP-4103 no records were found.
All possible leads to the identification of SCP-4103 are to be confiscated by Foundation Agents and stored in Storage Room 90a, Level 2 security personnel or above are allowed to access information regarding SCP-4103. Any students or staff are to learn about SCP-4103 are to be given class A amnestics.
SCP-4103 is considered "active" from 0700 to 1530 CDT, from Monday to Thursday, this changes only on Friday to a 0700 to 1430 CDT schedule. Any time other than these times SCP-4103 is to be considered "inactive"
While SCP-4103 is "active", SCP-4103 will follow through its schedule accordingly. While doing such, SCP-4103 will roam the High School and visit multiple rooms of ongoing classtime. The time of stay and the number of rooms visited vary depending on the day. While visiting rooms, all students will be identified accordingly as SCP-4103-X ("X" being the number ID of the student). Until the end of the encounter, all SCP-4103-X will feel an overwhelming obligation to watch and follow the directions of SCP-4103. All anomalous effects end after SCP-4103 has left the room. It should be noted that the same effect occurs if an instance of SCP-4103-X is in a hallway or stairwell with SCP-4103. Other effects of SCP-4103 include, nausea, paranoia, insanity, depression, and rare cases of suicide among SCP-4103-X
While SCP-4103 is "inactive", SCP-4103 will be found exclusively in its office at the front entrance of the school, all attempts to identify inactive activities have failed. Along with SCP-4103's inactivity, the anomalous occurrences also cease.
