Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held at Provisional Site-XX. Under no circumstances are personnel to enter SCP-XXXX’s containment area, with the exception of D-Class cleaning crews and test personnel interviewing and/or testing SCP-XXXX. All personnel wishing to interact with SCP-XXXX must first undergo the Standardized Cognitohazard Resistance test, and score no less than 30 SCRs. All personnel wishing to interact with SCP-XXXX must first undergo the Standardized Cognitohazard Resistance test and score no more than 30 SCRs. Under no circumstances are any female personnel, D-Class or otherwise, to be allowed into Provisional Site-XX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the deceased body of the serial killer [REDACTED]. SCP-XXXX does not appear to decay but secretes a hormone that causes a mild compulsion effect in all females tested. In addition to this, SCP-XXXX also causes a cognitohazardous effect that has the same effect, in which females are attracted to SCP-XXXX.

In addition, SCP-XXXX appears to be sentient and is capable of communication. SCP-XXXX communicates through telepathy. SCP-XXXX also has a secondary mild cognitohazardous effect in which all humans interacting with SCP-XXXX for a period longer than 10 minutes will cause the subject to ignore all commands until it is at least 50 meters away from it. This effect does not affect people with an SCR score higher than 30.

When females are brought into the vicinity of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX will [REDACTED], resulting in the subject's death.

Command: D-1235 was ordered to enter the containment zone of SCP-XXXX. D-1235 reported a compulsion to go in the direction of the containment zone when being brought in for testing.

Command: D-12492 was ordered to stay in the containment zone of SCP-XXXX for as long as possible.
Results: D-12492 left the containment zone after 10 minutes. Subject ignored all orders to stay in the containment zone. The subject was detained and the test was terminated.

Gender: Male
SCR Score: 32
Command: D-2142 was ordered to stay in the containment zone of SCP-XXXX for as long as possible.
Results: D-2142 stayed in the containment zone after 10 minutes. When observed, D-2142 was observed to be undergoing a transformation process, the final transformation newly designated SCP-XXXX-N.

D-5432: Hey SCP-XXXX. I’m supposed to ask you a few questions. That good with you?

SCP-XXXX: It’s fine. I’ve got nothing better to do.

D-5432: Ok, so first question: What’s your name?

SCP-XXXX: *Scribbles*¹, but people in your universe call me Jack the Ripper.

D-5432: What do you mean, “your universe”?

SCP-XXXX: What do you mean when you say that you’re from West Virginia and grew up in an abusive household?

D-5432: How do you know about that? I never told anyone.

SCP-XXXX: You never told anyone? So then I suppose that you aren’t someone?

D-5432: *Silence*

SCP-XXXX: I see I've struck a nerve. Tell me. Are you content with how it is now? Dealing with us abnormalities for the "lab coats"?

D-5432: *Silence*

SCP-XXXX: Is this truly the life you want to live? Regretting your past, and dreading your future?

D-5432: I-if sh-she hadn't come when she did…

At this point, D-5432 stopped transcribing the conversation. Camera footage showed a known memetic hazard manifesting on the wall behind SCP-XXXX, which caused D-5432 to [REDACTED]. D Class personnel were deemed too mentally unstable to converse with SCP-XXXX and Junior
Researcher Stan was brought in. Junior Researcher Stan has a clean record, along with a healthy family relationship. He was given orders to not ignore all comments from SCP-XXXX that is unrelated to the test. In addition, he was given a standard timer in order to keep track of time.

Interviewer: Junior Researcher Stan, SCR Score of 29
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX

Stan: Hello, SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX: Hello, Stanley. How are you doing?

Stan: I'm fine. I need to ask you a few questions.

SCP-XXXX: Ask away.

Stan: Could you please explain how you got here?

SCP-XXXX: Of course I could. But what you should be asking is should I tell you how I got here.

Stan: SCP-XXXX, please cooperate and answer the question.

SCP-XXXX: Very well. I took a train and then I walked here. Simple as that.

Stan: Thank you. Now, tell me: Can you explain to me your anomalous capabilities?

SCP-XXXX: I don’t know. Could you explain how the multiverse works? Why there are so many things you can’t explain? The universe craves the unexplainable. Things that break its laws. Just like your society needs people that break its laws, to be judged for their actions. By locking them up and studying them, you are doing exactly what the universe wants. But just like your society, the more you judge, the more people are compelled to break the laws. So in a way, your organization is the source of it all.

Stan: So what you're saying is by locking in all these anomalies, we're sentencing them to the universal equivalent of jail?

SCP-XXXX: You learn fast.

Stan: Well, I don't want to learn too much from you. Not at once anyways. We know what you do with the females.

SCP-XXXX: Ah yes, the intellectuals.

Stan: Could you please elaborate?

SCP-XXXX: There are two people in this world. Ones who know, and ones who do not. All of these people you call "females" know. They have more knowledge. Some of you "males" also know, and you see what I do with them. It takes me 10 of your minutes to see if the "male" knows, and if they do, I give them the form they need for me to give them the information. You have seen this in progress, yes?

Stan: If by that you mean transforming them into females, then yes. We have observed this effect before. Your "form change" seems to only affect people with an SCR score higher than 30. Could you please explain?

SCP-XXXX: It seems you have figured this much out, haven't you? What you call "cognitohazards" are simply information. Information your brain can't handle.

Stan: Yes, we know that. That's how we create our Berryman-Langford memetic kill agents.² What we want to know is what you give to them. The "knowledge", as you say.

SCP-XXXX: Well then, it seems that you are more knowledgeable than I thought. So far I have been unable to find a vessel capable to withstand the information. It is the wishes of my race in a universe so far away to find one capable of withstanding this information. The one capable of reviving our kind. It has been 10 minutes, and I can see that you do not have the required intellect. Begone. Or, as you say, this interview is terminated.

Junior Researcher Stan then exited the containment area of SCP-XXXX. By the order of the overseeing O5, all females on-site have been tested, including D-Class. All returned with a score higher than 30 SCRs.
