Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5513 is to be kept in a 4 x 4 metal cell (yards) in Light Containment. It may only come out of it's containment cell if necessary, any attempts to randomly take it or hide it will result in punishment (punishments range from how serious the breach of 5513 is). SCP-5513 is to be checked daily for any damages caused to it, such as dents or a rip. If 5513 is damaged in away and not repaired within 24 hours, it's effects will no longer properly function. Janitorial staff must enter 5513's cell daily and nightly for cleaning. If SCP-5513 doesn't get cleaned, it will start to deteriorate.
Description: SCP-5513 is a pack of Band-Aids that causes special affects when used. 5513 cannot be downgraded or upgraded on SCP-914 ( On-site links ). 5513 can be transported to other sites for testing, such as Site-██ and Site-██. SCP-5513 will have randomized effects on the user (classified as SCP-5513-1) depending on how their body is.
SCP-5513-A (the Band-Aids themselves) will have negative effects on -1 if they have bug repellent or sunscreen on. If 5513-A is used with these substances on, the user will be ill for 48 hours, resulting in -1 being put into solitary confinement temporarily until the user has been treated and cured by medical staff. Negative effects caused by SCP-5513-A are caused due to the chemicals of sunscreen, etc. already being applied on the body, making it hard for -A to apply positive effects, causing the subject to get ill.
5513's effects are not contagious, unless it is a really negative effect caused to someone, making contagiousness possible and a higher chance of infection towards other subjects and foundation personnel. Reports of 5513's usage have been recorded, some positive and some negative. We will only show 2 sites that logged their response for 5513, one for a positive effect and one for a negative effect. Both of these sites has had SCP-5513 for ██ hours.

Site-██: SCP-5513 has greatly helped the Medical Department cure D-Class, combatives, etc. because of it's effects. We have recorded how long it takes for 5513 to affect 5513-1, it takes approximately ██ minutes before 5513-A takes effect. Unfortunately, a Class-D, D-████, got the negative side of SCP-5513-A's effects, so they has to be in solitary confinement for 48 hours. The Medical Department went to cure D-████, and it was successful. SCP-5513 may be reconsidered soon for more usage and different tests using SCP-5513.

Site-██: SCP-5513 was going well until we made a terrible decision. Since we figured out that SCP-5513 has negative effects with bug repellent and sunscreen, we applied both bug repellent and sunscreen on D-████, then applied SCP-5513-A on the D-Class. Well.. we learned that with that much negativity in the body, it doesn't just make them ill, it becomes painful. It becomes more painful the longer 5513-A is applied. The effects of 5513 were so bad to the point where it became contagious, causing a few foundation personnel, MD's, and D-Class to be infected as well. All of the victims to the infection are trying to be cured as soon as possible, for now they have to be confined in a solitary cell for ███ hours. SCP-5513 will likely not be reconsidered again due to the effect it caused on the site. We won't lie, though, it was kind of our fault for making that deadly decision and we will never do something like that again. If SCP-5513 is ever reconsidered, it will be tested in a more secure area of Site-██ so another infection doesn't happen.

Backstory of SCP-5513: SCP-5513 was found in an abandoned secret laboratory, called ███████.██. It's location is in ███ █████, ███. SCP-5513 was found and discovered by the ISD while they were searching for medical supplies for the Foundation. When the ISD saw what SCP-5513 could do, they took 5513 with them for containment and testing.
They saw the pack of Band-Aids in perfect shape, somehow. Even though the laboratory has been abandoned for █ years, the Band-Aid pack seems to be in no condition of damage. The Scientific Department has researched SCP-5513 and discovered how 5513 was in no condition of damage. Apparently, 5513 doesn't take damage from natural causes, such as abandonment.
The ISD contacted the Administrator and O5-█ about the anomaly. SCP-5513 was then later contained in it's cell (info about the cell is in the Special Containment Procedures).

Extra Information: SCP-5513 has been in containment for approximately ██ years, but has been hidden from the public and is only known in the secrecy of the foundation. Most, or almost all of FP don't know about 5513's existence. Only the Administrators, O5's, and high ranks of the foundation
know about SCP-5513. Once this document is put out, only then will SCP-5513 be revealed to the whole foundation.
REMINDER: SCP-5513 is not to be leaked or revealed in any way from the foundation. Everything in the foundation, including SCP-5513 is classified and cannot be revealed. If 5513 is revealed/leaked major punishments will occur.
