Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5068 must be kept in a reality anchor at all times to prevent it from gaining a physical form. all personnel coming in contact with this entity must be terminated via starvation. if any personnel *forget* the containment procedures they will be considered as under the influence of the entity and must be terminated.

Description: SCP-5068 is a sound that can alter reality around it if it comes in contact with anything sentient it will possess the sentient being. those under the influence of the entity will mutate into its form in [REDACTED] hours. they will attempt to free 5068 from containment by turning off the reality anchor. the entity was first found in a Sarkic church but it does not appear to be related in any way and even killed many of the members the Sarkic church helped contain the SCP through a ritual (even though they are against the foundation).

Addendum: in stage two of possessing a body SCP-5068 turned into SCP-682 to try to destroy the machine and failed the 682 *clone was much weaker and was easily terminated. after this incident the 05 council denied every test of the anomalous entity if it where to gather enough vessels it is assumed that an XK class end of the world scenario would occur.
