Special Containment Procedures: Because of Scp-5000 in mobile nature a wall was built around SCP-5000 to prevent Scp subjects for breaking out of containment. D Class personal are to be prepared to enter SCP-5000 at all times.
When not testing Researchers and D Class is to never go into SCP-5000Containment unit.
MTF Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox") and MTF Omega-12 ("Achilles' Heels") are to be on stand by if SCP-5000 becomes active.In case of a containment breach, MTF units are to report to Site-5000 and the GOC are to be contacted.

XK CLASS END-OF-THE-WORLD SCENARIO.
Description: SCP-5000 is a 50-foot long portal located in [Data Lost].It was discovered by The Goc on [Data Lost].
Goc units opened fire on SCP-5000 But no damage was reported on SCP-5000. The GOC handed over SCP-5000 To the Foundation on [Data Lost].
It was Classified Euclid until when Researchers reported that a multiple Keter and Thermal Class readings were found when signals where detected when scanning SCP-5000.
When discovered that SCP-5000 was a portal to a planet full of Keter and Thermal Class SCP’s SCP-5000 was changed from Euclid to Keter. When MTF Units entered the portal it was found that a whole entire world was on the other side of SCP-5000. The Planet was given Item#: Scp-5000-A.
On [Data Lost] SCP-5000 became active Researchers at Watch Tower-5000 were found dead by MTF Units on [Data Lost]. When looking at the camera footage it was found that The Serpent’S Hand had raided the site and left a note on top of the Tower’s Watch Post.
The current Containment unit was built after this incident.
