Special containment procedures: Scp-5003 is to be contained in a 3 by 3-meter concrete containment cell in the euclid wing of site 44. a 10 centimeter thick steel blast proof door is to be locked to anyone except the zone manager of the euclid wing. two 3 centimeters thick bullet proof window are to be placed on the north end of the cell, next to the door, leading to a small observation room that should be managed by three agents at all times (unless during testing. five agents should be present in the room.
Scp-5003 is to be contained in a 4.5 by 4.5, 8 meters deep containment cell in the keter wing of site [redacted]. An observation deck is to be hung, by four steel cables, directly in the middle of 5003's cell and a walkway on each side is to lead out of the containment. At least two agents are to be guarding observation deck twenty four, seven; if scp-5003 has not been seen in over fifteen minutes, site [redacted] will be locked down for a KETER breach. after exactly 10:30 pm all site personnel, except for three agents, are to evacuate scp-5003's containment cell.
The observation deck is to be made out of a thin layer of steel lined with lead and should have three
bullet proof .6 meter thick windows on the south and north sides. Scp-5003's cell is to be made out of two 1.2 meters thick lead reinforced concrete separated by .6 meters of steel; the entity seems to have a hard time corroding metals and very thick or dense objects.
Scp-5003's containment cell is to only be opened by the site manager of site [redacted] or the four agents designated to guard the entity.
Description: Scp-5003 appears to be a humanoid resembling an adult human skeleton covered in a corrosive black sludge with the consistency of tar. it is unknown if this is scp-5003's original form or a scare tactic. scp-5003's anomalus power is to shapeshift into any living being it comes in physical contact with, and is also capable of corroding any object with its sludge. However, though 5003 possess the capability to impersonate someone, it can not speak and seems to only have primate instincts. the entity is as well extremely agile and can run at about 24 km. Scp-5003 wears an old dark-gray ragged cloak.
Addendum:
Dr. [redacted]'s proposal for the termination of scp-5003:
"hello, this is Dr. [redacted] of site [redacted]. I am submitting my proposal to terminate scp-5003, currently 5003 has killed 192 site personnel, not including D-class or the breach at site 44. there is nothing else it learn about scp-5003, we think, and now we are just wasting resources on containing it, I propose we terminate it with some sort lead-lined bullet, it seems the entity cannot pass through certain metals such as steel and gold, however it seems scp-5003 is harmed when it come in contact with lead. end log."
Dr. [redacted]'s proposal was promptly denied by the whole 05-council.
Recall procedures:
After the containment breach of site 44 involving scp-5003, the facility managers of site 44 and site [redacted] have decided it would be best to transfer the entity to the keter wing of site [redacted].
Scp behavior:
Scp-5003 appears to be docile most of the day, usually from 3:00 am to 9:30 pm. after about 10:00 pm the entity will become hostile to anyone in or around its facility and will try to attack them.
